29/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place if you can't handle 24/7 service. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and a vegetarian wrap, and I received a double cheeseburger. I asked for my order again, the Filet-O-Fish had the wrong sauce, and the wrap wasn't even vegetarian. The night staff needs to be reviewed; they're incompetent! 29/07/2026 3:50 AM

19/07/2026: It's hopeless. Until now, I thought a cutlet couldn't be ruined, but I was wrong. What's more, the staff crams people onto the tables. I don't recommend it unless you like old, dry food.

09/07/2026: Fast food restaurant, like a canteen, you take a tray, fill it with food and pay at the cash register, large portions (with an 8-year-old child we took one for two). If you just need to eat, then this is the place, don't expect much from the restaurant, you won't get the charm of French cuisine here. We took french fries and a type of breaded chop, it's delicious

08/06/2026: SHAMEFUL, avoid at all costs! Cockroaches, filth, mosquitoes, and breakfast at the neighboring hotel 50 meters away... very pleasant. In short, 3 stars, let's be serious!

24/07/2026: Cold fries, filthy dining room, uncleaned tables, sticky floor... the hygiene of the dining room leaves much to be desired; I wonder what the kitchens must be like!! Avoid at all costs!!!

20/07/2026: I came last night and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Both my drinks (Americano and iced tea) were disgusting. I also had to wait about ten minutes before I could get my Americano myself, and it wasn't even fully ready. When I spoke to the person there, I felt like I was asking for the impossible. A little more friendliness and professionalism would have been appreciated. I understand that the end of the day can be tiring, but when you work in customer service, you remain professional until closing time.

09/07/2026: We came in a large group with a reservation. However, from the moment we arrived, nothing was ready. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our main courses. Unfortunately, there were many mistakes in the dishes. The desserts were shameful; for example, the tiramisu was three-quarters whipped cream and one-quarter coffee—unacceptable. The waitress was overwhelmed; it took almost two and a half hours to eat a main course and dessert. In short, a very long meal, disastrous food, and exorbitant value for money.

16/05/2026: Why did we only receive part of our order, served on tables that weren't very clean, with lukewarm or even cold food? I now understand why there was nobody there during peak hours.

13/05/2026: I ordered the Big Tasty with rösti but received a regular Big Tasty despite paying more! My meal was cold. Things were missing from my order! There were fries instead of potatoes, and no sauce in my small wrap. The service was appalling, with a long wait and staff who seemed just as annoyed as I was! Thank goodness new fast food restaurants are opening in Pont-Audemer (BK)!!!! For a total of 70 euros, it's a disgrace!

21/07/2026: We thought we were lucky to find one table free for four. Out with two small children, eating pancakes is naturally a treat for them. Tables around us had pancakes with Nutella, among other things. After a very long wait (+/- 20 minutes), we were finally handed a menu. Our French isn't very good, but we still did our best to order in French. The waitress didn't speak English, you see. She was clearly irritated that I wasn't very good at French, because she sighed and looked very angry—read: rolling her eyes away. Drinks had been ordered, and they said they would just take a look at exactly what we wanted to eat. After waiting another good 15 minutes and still not having received any drinks, I even beckoned the wait staff over. When ordering pancakes, we were told that none of the sweet pancakes were available. Very strange, considering several tables around us did have them, and that wasn't mentioned when we received the menu. So, by now, well over 35 minutes had passed. No drinks, and the food we wanted wasn't available. We just left and went somewhere else to eat and drink. Hospitality, friendliness, or even clarity are completely absent here. After reading multiple reviews with the same experiences, it surprises me that they still exist.

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, only savory crepes are available in the evening, and sweet ones are only available during the day...

01/08/2026: visited this restaurant and left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. The staff never explained that I could take what I needed from the buffet, and portions were given piece by piece, very ungenerously. When I returned to ask for a tiny extra portion, they charged me — even though my plate was almost empty . At that moment, the server suddenly switched to English just to tell me “all you can eat is only one time,” which felt rude and completely against basic hospitality. I felt ripped off and not respected as a customer. Also, the restroom was in terrible condition. Definitely not a place I would return. I didnot had any feeling it is all you can eat at all with no explanation and trying to extra charge you as if it is a target. Advice: This place urgently needs more professional and welcoming staff who are willing to explain things clearly and treat customers with respect. Value people over a few extra euros — hospitality should come first.

29/07/2026: Disgusting! I demand a refund of just €2 for a takeaway order. There was hair in the chicken, the fried food was disgusting, and I want to call a health inspector. The meat was supposedly halal, but the waitress couldn't even prove it. The brazen woman became aggressive and called security, who were actually on my side. I'll never go back there. It's a catastrophic, shitty restaurant, with all due respect. And if there's a problem, call the manager instead of security. And I'm not making threats.

21/07/2026: Imagine my surprise when, after finishing my fries, I discovered ketchup residue stuck to the bottom of the reusable container... It's quite unpleasant and poses a real hygiene problem. The cleaning of reusable dishes clearly needs improvement.

19/07/2026: Unacceptable. I placed an order on the McDonald's app at the McDonald's in Beynost. After an hour's wait, the delivery driver brought me my order, which turned out not to be mine. I contacted customer service, and they told me to call the Beynost McDonald's. The person on the phone told me quite frankly that she didn't know what to do and that she wasn't going to bring my order herself. In the end, we had to go there ourselves to pick up the correct bag. There was no gesture of goodwill, and on top of that, no refund for my order, for which I paid a €12 service fee and delivery charge that I won't be reimbursed. No apology, nothing. It's unacceptable. I'll never set foot in that place again.

25/06/2026: So I don't know where to start, I get my sandwich almost daily and it's always the same, nothing in it, they're all really unpleasant, only one stands out, Aurélie, but the rest are awful, awful, awful, if you don't like your job, change jobs....

01/06/2026: The atmosphere and staff were cold and indifferent. They lacked patience, but the biggest disappointment was the empty filling of my sandwich, which, despite three extra toppings, remained a letdown. I strongly advise against going there.

16/07/2026: I went there this morning, took my phone to think about what I was going to buy, and suddenly the saleswoman asked me if I'd decided. I politely replied that I hadn't and that I'd come back to tell her. I waited two or three minutes. Then I noticed that the saleswoman seemed annoyed and was looking at me with a condescending, almost irritated expression. The customer service needs improvement.

09/07/2026: A very good bakery offering a wide variety of breads and pastries, not to mention meal deals. Special mention goes to the cream puffs, which are excellent. It's also possible to eat in. Whether I take my breakfast to go or eat it in the bakery, I'm always greeted with a smile.
