12/09/2026: Pleasantly surprised, I don't understand some of the bad reviews. 🫩 There must be some grumpy people even on vacation.

15/09/2026: A small get-together with friends, we decided to stop at this bar for a drink and a bite to eat. I ordered a focaccia that was half-frozen and looked nothing like a real focaccia. The cocktails were served in glasses no bigger than 10cl with loads of ice. My friends ordered a charcuterie and cheese board to share for €28. Needless to say, it was terrible value for money. A few pieces of charcuterie here and there and three bits of cheese. All this to say that I absolutely do not recommend this place.

05/09/2026: First row location, beautiful view of the promenade and the harbor. Touristy, of course. But... good service, good rosé, and delicious light meals from the daily menu. And all at a reasonable price.

26/09/2026: The mussels marinière were truly mediocre, the savory buckwheat crepe was dry and loaded with too much cheese to mask its poor quality. The only positive point was the waiter's refusal to take our dessert order from the start. Given our disappointment with the main courses, this allowed us to pay and leave without having ordered any.

26/09/2026: Terrace with a pleasant sea view and decent service, though friendliness varied depending on the staff member; perhaps there were a few tense moments? The oysters were good, served with shallots and lemon. The shrimp were nice and plump. The fries were quite good; no sauce was offered, but we asked for some! As for the mussels, they were a bit pale in color, and many remained closed. Some had a slightly questionable texture, but overall the quality was okay, nothing special. For €19, using Isigny cream would be appreciated. The carpaccio is served with pesto and Parmesan shavings. However, a piece of chicken fell on mine, I think by mistake, which isn't very reassuring regarding potential cross-contamination. 🤷‍♀️ A classic seaside restaurant; we had a pleasant time.

07/09/2026: I was warmly welcomed and I found my bagel very good, absolutely not dry, just a little difficult to eat!

31/08/2026: Breakfast for 2 paxs to share... Paid €12.70 and an English breakfast with eggs and ordered an extra croissant. Perfect for a quick breakfast.

11/09/2026: The restaurant was poorly maintained, especially the dirty toilets with dust behind the doors. The food, particularly the reheated meats, was tasteless and dry. The desserts were disappointing, including bananas with a so-called chocolate one—yuck! In one year, I've seen a dramatic decline. The staff seemed unmotivated. I do not recommend it. And I won't be going back; I was too disappointed.

02/09/2026: Nice place. Food is ok, but decent and we ate all well. It is not the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been but was very good in catering for fussy children. If I lived there I would go there again.

06/09/2026: Closed at 4am even though it says it's open until 6am. Dishonest.

06/09/2026: 40-minute wait on a Sunday between 3 and 4 pm. Correction: 1-hour wait and I'm still waiting...

20/09/2026: The manager was very helpful and provided excellent service even though I had the wrong address. I recommend this place 100%.

18/07/2026: We had a delicious meal during our stopover on our holiday touring France. The location is close to the hotel, only a 10-minute walk away – very ideal...

30/08/2026: We rarely repeat a restaurant on a trip. I'm in the process of eating my 4th consecutive meal at Frenchie Pigalle. Service and Food are superlative. Don't miss the bacon scones for dinner. The breakfast pancakes are to die for. Even a simple scrambled egg is prepared thoughtfully. Chef is a maestro!

22/08/2026: Slightly disappointing service. Average.

16/09/2026: The fact that a bakery is out of stock by 12:20 is already a problem; that some of what's left is dry or unseasoned is another issue entirely; but to charge for paper bags and justify it by saying it's because people throw them away... paper bags. It's a good thing the staff are lovely... because otherwise, this is one of the worst examples of the brand.

11/09/2026: €7.20 for a pasta salad, container only 3/4 full, ordered without dressing, bread, or cutlery – very average value for money, no bag…

28/08/2026: Overall, it's quite decent, like many restaurants in the chain, with some ups and downs depending on the location. The servers are efficient and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's a pizzeria, not a gourmet restaurant.

21/08/2026: Excellent as always!! Tonight, the staff's absolute patience with a particularly unpleasant table that alienated the entire evening clientele was noteworthy. Aside from this "inconvenience," we enjoyed our usual very (too much 😅) delicious meal, for a more than reasonable price. Thank you to Baïla Pizza Niort for another wonderful meal. See you soon!!

02/09/2026: Amine at the counter always gives an excellent welcome, and the service is quick and pleasant. The takeaway option is a real plus, especially with the self-service refrigerators.
