27/08/2026: We arrived at 8:30 PM, with closing time scheduled for 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the indoor dining area was closed; the chairs were already on the tables, and they were having a thorough cleaning. For a restaurant open until 9:00 PM, I find this neither appropriate nor professional. We then ordered our sandwiches, and we had to be extremely quick because the waitress was clearly eager to close (hence the restaurant being already cleaned). We were literally rushed and pressured to finish our order as quickly as possible. The waitress had already entered the total on the card reader without knowing if we had finished. Frankly, she wasn't pleasant or helpful, and I doubt her ability to work with customers. I find it a shame because it's a concept we appreciate, but from now on, we'll eat at another restaurant.

12/08/2026: I've walked past the bakery several times around 7:10 am and it's closed. They should post the change in hours online if it no longer opens at 7:00 am.

17/06/2026: Very available and, most importantly, open on Sundays. Simple pastries, bread for every day and all tastes.

26/09/2026: Honestly... The place is nice, but daring to sell a basket of chips (a handful would be more accurate) for €2.50 is simply shameful. Mind you, the portion of fries is priced at €6.90. So, my travel advice... AVOID IT.

26/08/2026: The service was absolutely terrible: the waiter was awful, as was the person at the bar who took our bill. They both acted as if the customers owed them something! Important reminder: we are customers, we pay for service, and in return, we received nothing but rudeness and insolence. To top it all off, the spoon they served us was dirty. Avoid this place at all costs and don't even think about stopping there!

12/09/2026: We had a similar experience at a restaurant in Lyon, France. The food was a complete disaster. The beef tartare was a watery, tasteless, mushy mess, and it cost almost €24. The service was incredibly unfriendly. The owner completely ignored our formal complaint. Despite this, the tartare was still listed on the bill at full price. Avoid this place at all costs!

12/09/2026: It's rare that I leave such a bad review for a restaurant, but I regret to say that nothing is right here. Avoid it! The restaurant was recently bought out two weeks ago, so I didn't have a chance to try it before, but now it's just not good. The service is incredibly slow, with mistakes in the orders and requiring you to repeat what you've ordered. The food is cafeteria-level, nothing like a traditional Lyonnais restaurant, except for the price, which is unfortunately quite high considering the poor quality. The poached egg in red wine sauce was barely hot, the goat cheese and honey salad was basic, and the steak was undercooked with industrial fries. Even the desserts are mass-produced! I get the same floating island dessert at my local cafeteria... No praline desserts. And the menu has changed, so be careful! Oh, and to top it all off, the toilets are disgusting and the floor is terrible. In short, a real tourist trap par excellence. Avoid it.

30/06/2026: If you want to have a drink without paying because the waiter kicked you out, this is the place to go! No need to go into detail about what's wrong; other reviews cover that. The cute nicknames used aren't signs of kindness, but rather a way to establish a malevolent authority.

17/09/2026: It's all well and good to say it's open online, but when I call repeatedly, no one answers. When you walk by, it's open. Seeing the comments, I wonder if you're trying to get the place shut down. In short, I won't even be going back.

16/09/2026: NEW BACK-TO-SCHOOL OFFER: IF WE ORDER BY PHONE, ONE FREE DRINK. After several attempts to call and place an order, there was no answer. When I went there in person, I asked the waiter, who replied that he was having phone problems and wasn't aware of the offer because his boss was handling it. I suspect it was him... the boss...

27/08/2026: After having spent 26 minutes in the bar, my friend and I were disrespectfully told to leave the table for a group of people ( the staff even lied about the time i had spent at theres saying that i had been sitting at the table for at least one hour) (receipt of the payment at the bar for proof) how disgraceful and shameful, do better its unacceptable

25/08/2026: Don't go there! Keep walking!! The waiter was incredibly unpleasant and refused to serve us water after we'd had cocktails—a completely illegal practice!!!

06/09/2026: I used to go there often before Burger King arrived, because the order often came out cold or with things they forgot. Not to mention the fries that were only half full... Tonight I decided to try it and ended up with a half-empty sundae... for €3.45, that's a bit much.

01/07/2026: Yes, I dared to give it five stars. But why, you might ask? Simply for the rarity of this hidden gem: the last quiet spot to have a drink in this glitzy, frenetic Neuilly. Churchill wouldn't have batted an eye seeing his name on the facade. Okay, it's true that the price of drinks and the coldness of the Horse Guard put off more than a few. But... the luster of a sort of Bonnes Mamans tea room is a welcome change from the good (and much less good) manners of my usual boorish saloons. The Vagabond of the Zincs.

10/09/2026: A very bad experience with this establishment. After work, I went to eat there. I hadn't eaten anything all day before that meal, and unfortunately, the hours that followed were particularly difficult. I was sick for almost two days, with severe diarrhea and all the accompanying digestive discomfort. As soon as I took the bag out, the food had a frankly nauseating smell. In hindsight, it was clearly a warning sign that I should have taken seriously. What almost reassures me in this whole affair is that I wasn't with my children that evening. I prefer not to imagine that they could have eaten that meal and gotten sick too. Personally, I won't be going back and I strongly advise against this establishment.

15/09/2026: I came to buy a student lunch deal and was disappointed by several things: the "student deal" poster on the window shows a chocolate éclair. However, chocolate éclairs aren't included in this deal, so it's false advertising. Furthermore, it's not possible to pay for the student deal with meal vouchers, which is a bit of a letdown considering students often have to work to study. I won't dwell on the saleswoman's rudeness; everyone has bad days. However, the sandwiches are good, and the biggest advantage is that dogs are allowed in the shop, which is very rare in bakeries.
