31/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to a few years ago I've known this establishment for several years, and 5 to 10 years ago, it was a really good place. Unfortunately, I feel the quality has dropped considerably since then. The biggest problem today is the quality of the food compared to the price. The prices have become quite high for what's on the plate. I tried the kebab platters and the tacos, and unfortunately, I didn't find the same quality as before. The meat didn't convince me, with far too much fat and oil. It really feels like it's dripping everywhere, which makes the meal quite sickening. Even the merguez sausages had a rather strange taste, nothing like what I'd experienced before. The overall quality is really poor for the price. It's all the more disappointing because the restaurant has a nice dining room, quite large and pleasant for eating in. The staff remains welcoming and friendly, so that's definitely not a problem. Having known the establishment when the chef was still there, I find it truly disappointing to see such a difference today. Since his departure, I feel the quality has unfortunately declined. I sincerely hope they can improve the quality of the meat, reduce the fat and oil, and above all, reconsider the value for money, because there's real potential with this lovely dining room and pleasant staff. It's a shame, because it was a place I used to really enjoy.

18/08/2026: Great kebab! The food is delicious and very generous, as are the owner and servers, who are extremely friendly and always in a good mood. The option to eat in, with a varied menu, makes this a great place for a lunch break or a satisfying meal before a movie. I highly recommend this place; it's the best kebab in Gisors and even the surrounding area.

07/10/2026: The meal was deplorable and expensive, with small portions and poorly defrosted bread. The state of the toilets was unacceptable. The establishment boasts a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, but it's truly a rip-off.

18/07/2026: Perfect, excellent service, don't listen to the bad comments, it's an excellent restaurant with generous portions.

16/09/2026: The service was not OK. Telling your customer that she is not allowed to order just drinks is a mess. I have never seen anything like this at any restaurant anywhere. But I said let's see how they make the food here. They do it badly, it was not cooked well. The meat was raw in the middle. And the tables against the wall were so close together that you couldn't pass between them. Otherwise the place looked good. I'm curious who an employee there was talking to about me because I overheard him. In the bathroom I didn't understand why the lighting was so dim.

24/09/2026: An absolutely unacceptable experience at Subway tonight. We walked in and received absolutely no welcome: not a greeting, not a glance, nothing. Someone was calmly sweeping behind the counter while their colleagues chatted in the back. We were standing right there in front of them, waiting for them to even bother to acknowledge us. No one came to serve us, no one spoke to us. We were literally left waiting like idiots while the staff were there, laughing in the back. This is a complete lack of professionalism and, above all, respect for customers. When people enter your establishment, the bare minimum is to welcome and serve them. We finally left without being served. A very bad image for Subway. I certainly won't be setting foot in this establishment again.

26/09/2026: Honestly, it's really not great. I regularly eat Asian buffets. But I won't be going back, which is a shame.

25/09/2026: I went to eat after the renovations yesterday. The dishes were all cold, the spring rolls were tasteless, the wok wasn't hot enough, I ordered grilled prawns but they weren't cooked enough, and the desserts were a disaster—no choice, no ice cream in the tubs, and paying €22.90 is expensive. That's my feeling, disappointed 😞 😞 😞.

17/07/2026: The restaurant was difficult to find. However, the staff were very friendly and there was a very nice selection.

04/09/2026: Overall, a good bakery! The bread is really good and the prices are reasonable. My only slight disappointment was the pear tart, which didn't really impress me, but the rest is fine.

01/08/2026: Hello, It doesn't surprise me at all that he had to close down due to his temperament! For a boss who arrived in a Porsche Cayenne in front of his employees, he didn't even have the courtesy to say hello! He did nothing but criticize them in front of me the only day I went there, unfortunately for him! I have a message for him: respect your employees, and your employees will respect you and your premises. I would have been ashamed to arrive in a Porsche Cayenne in front of employees and not say hello, and to criticize them! Knowing that they work tirelessly to provide good bread to your customers! Disgusted, I never went back to your place until I finally saw this post! 👍🏽

17/07/2026: I went to Pitaya today to get a mango burger. The chicken was burnt and dry as coal. It's a real shame to serve that to a customer; we're not pigs, are we? If you want a decent meal, go to another restaurant; it's truly disgusting and disappointing for the price.

16/07/2026: Tasteless, dry, overcooked, no sauce, opening a franchise and not respecting basic processes and quality standards… they shouldn't have done it at all

13/09/2026: To begin with, the service and welcome were appalling. Arriving around 8 pm (so quite busy), a manager probably asked a waitress to open the second register, which she reluctantly did. Afterwards, she complained loudly, using "wesh" and "starfoulah" to one of her colleagues who responded in kind. Great, considering you're in a place like Disney where there are lots of children and the atmosphere is supposed to be magical. Especially since I work in retail, such an attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable, even worse when you order a measly, half-warm/soggy croque monsieur that's greasier than a McDonald's. In short, exorbitant prices (even though I'm well aware it's a Disney movie), mediocre food considering the price, and service that leaves much to be desired. My partner's mixed salad was an extra huge block of uncut lettuce, at €12, sorry but it's annoying considering how little there was inside.

11/09/2026: The food was disgusting. The fat dripping and moist Croque Monsieur was the thing that destroyed the rest od the day for me. Tasted terrible, cost 10,5€, the facility was dirty and lacked seats

13/09/2026: Dirty toilets, uncleaned tables, unfriendly reception with no smiles and no thank you for your visit.

28/08/2026: Fellow truckers, no showers are working at this motorway rest area, which doesn't seem to bother either the Vinci-owned shower or the one belonging to the motorway rest area itself – no respect for truckers.

16/09/2026: We go there for a coffee or something else in the afternoon, no hello from the employees who serve the ice cream etc., no thank you, no good day or any other nice little word, the smile stayed in the changing room, apart from shouting the order numbers, it's like being at security, not friendly at all, just chatting amongst themselves.

13/09/2026: We were very surprised to encounter a very unpleasant person in the beverage aisle when we asked for information about where to find the 25cl pitchers. The response, delivered in a very rude tone, was that they were on the shelves as usual. Our visit to your store was on September 7th at 12:30 PM.

11/09/2026: We had a very, very good meal in a magnificent setting; the service was beyond reproach, to put it mildly.

06/09/2026: The gratinated mussels were swimming in oil, the zucchini fritters were undercooked, etc. Very expensive, no service whatsoever/nice setting, which is a shame.

15/09/2026: This restaurant was a disappointment. Unfortunately, it feels like a tourist trap. Many of the products seem to be frozen or lack freshness, and the quality of the food is far from satisfactory. The dishes are quite disappointing and really lack flavor. It's a shame, because the setting and location had the potential to be much better. I wouldn't particularly recommend this place.

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant and bar in the historic center of Grasse. The quality is good, and the price-performance ratio is in line with the local offerings. If you happen to be here, it's a good opportunity to eat here. Good-quality carafe wine.

10/08/2026: Overpriced drinks on the terrace, especially for Leclerc sodas (lemonade at €3.50). The butcher shop next door sells better quality artisanal lemonades; you might as well buy a bottle and sit on the benches.
