19/07/2026: I came this morning to buy bread. It seems to me that it's a new saleswoman because I've never seen her before. I find her slow and cold. She doesn't exactly make me want to come back. I felt like I was bothering her. She's incapable of smiling; if customers bother her, she should change careers. Besides, I find she gives off a rather unpleasant odor.

05/08/2026: Charcuterie board shared between two: very good, generous portions. However: piña colada served with a rotten sprig of mint as decoration, shards of glass lying around on the terrace, and an infestation of wasps (I know they can't help it, but absolutely nothing is done to keep them away).

05/08/2026: We went there on July 3rd to eat just before the sound and light show, and it was perfect. Despite the crowds, the service was quick; the waiters were busy but remained pleasant, and we really appreciated the very refreshing drinks, especially at this time of year. It was great, we'll definitely go back.

13/07/2026: Hot iced coffee 🙃 Salty restaurant, overflowing bins, flies everywhere... and staff yelling at a customer... it's beyond the pale. Never again!

06/05/2026: An unpleasant manager to her employees who are struggling to serve. The organization is deplorable. Mini bottles of mineral water (33ml) are charged at the price of champagne! And, worst of all, the expiration date is several months past. I don't even want to see what's going on in the refrigerators and the kitchen. Run away!

15/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Even though the entire terrace was booked, the waiter managed to find us a table outside, showing great dedication to his work and his customers. The meal was excellent, made with quality ingredients. My partner had a goat cheese salad, and I had a burger with homemade fries and salad – nothing to complain about. Four appetizers plus two coffees came to just over fifty euros, which is more than reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: The waiter was great, which is already a plus; he was very friendly and professional. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good, excellent value for money, especially considering the fresh products, which I think makes all the difference compared to others who charge the same prices but use frozen products from the European Union. The caipirinha cocktail was excellent 👍👌 nothing to complain about

06/05/2026: I've been a regular customer for many years. Lately, the service has declined, and the cakes are nothing like they used to be. Last week, the raspberry tart was soggy, the apricot tart was uninteresting, and the Tropezienne, usually so good, was disappointing. The flan was nothing special. The brownies are still good. To top it all off, I ordered 16 Marie baguettes, and I only got home with 13! How disappointing!

03/07/2026: A disgrace. We should have read the reviews before going. Given our experience, their rating is still far too generous. Endless wait, the bartender is unpleasant and has absolutely no customer service skills. We couldn't exchange a cocktail for a beer even though we hadn't finished our order at the table. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. Go to their neighbors to the right; they're surely 1000 times better.

03/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. There were barely five customers on the terrace, so it's hard to say the service was overwhelmed. However, as soon as I tried to change my order, even though we hadn't finished ordering, the waiter refused without any explanation or attempt to find a solution. His attitude was cold, unpleasant, and frankly unprofessional. We really felt like we were bothering him. A minimum of courtesy and customer service would have been appreciated. I won't be back.

06/08/2026: Don't trust their opening hours. They also have a WhatsApp service where you can ask about opening hours, and those don't match the actual hours. If they're not busy, they close without notifying anyone.

02/08/2026: Absolutely terrible. It's a rip-off. Not enough choice. Dishes half-cold. Bad food. Overpriced for what it is. Of course, those who know nothing about Brazil might find it interesting. But honestly, and I'm not trying to be mean, just keep walking.

24/07/2026: On Tuesday I was buying chocolate and the saleswoman accidentally mixed up the amount I paid and I still don't have the money back in my account.

20/07/2026: We were very disappointed by the reception and lack of kindness, especially since we are loyal customers of this establishment and return every summer holiday to Cabourg. We came to buy madeleines in your shop, which also serves as a tea room. My 9-year-old son and his father asked to use the restroom, but were refused access on the grounds that there were cameras and that it wasn't permitted. We found this refusal particularly regrettable, especially since we are regular customers and it was an urgent need. A little understanding and compassion would have been appreciated, particularly towards a child. This experience leaves us with a very negative impression and unfortunately does not reflect the welcoming image we had of your establishment. Lydia D.

04/04/2026: Order 4259. The book is missing from the Happy Meal. Two of the self-service kiosks are only partially working. With an order like this, they're capable of forgetting something. Only 10 people in the restaurant. Unacceptable.

01/04/2026: You're on your own at the kiosk. You wait ages for your order. You're sitting uncomfortably. It arrives cold ❄️. It's inedible, downright awful, and I'm being polite to avoid being censored 🤢🤮. It's expensive, very expensive 🫰💲. But hey... It's open after 10 PM... What a shame. Long live our little country restaurants!!!

22/07/2026: Nice place, but the servers aren't helpful (45-minute wait for a croque monsieur), and it's very expensive.

15/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! A tourist trap like no other. It's not a restaurant, not even a snack bar. There's practically nothing to eat, and what little there is is outrageously expensive. €15 for a piece of sausage with a slice of stale bread! €5 for a can of Coke. And to top it off, the manager is incredibly unfriendly, and the owner slouches in her chair, yelling in front of the customers. The only positive point is the view, but it's overpriced! My evening was ruined, and my money wasted. In short... pathetic.
