16/07/2026: Very disappointed, I waited 39 minutes for our two meals and two sandwiches, only to find they forgot a Big Mac and a box of nuggets at the register.

15/07/2026: Bad experience. Dirty restrooms. We ordered five iced lattes at 10:59 a.m. in a restaurant that was practically empty. The drinks were initially served hot. We asked for them to be remade, then had to go back to the counter a second time because they were served without ice. In the end, it took nearly 20 minutes to get five properly prepared coffees, with no compensation offered. If the service is already this complicated in a nearly empty restaurant, it's hard to imagine what it's like during busy periods.

12/05/2026: We'll try to raise the rating because, honestly, we're always served incredibly well. The staff is friendly, but I can understand the occasional "down" moment given the low customer volume and their limited productivity. The Subways, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious and generously loaded (thank you 😭🙏🏻). Every visit is a pure delight. We'll be back!

12/05/2026: Every time I go, it's excellent; I'm never disappointed. It's always perfect, just as I imagine it in my mind, in my wildest dreams. It's the best Subway in the area, by far. Thank you to the employees who make my wishes come true 🙏

05/08/2026: We ate there with a friend and our teenage daughters for lunch today. Out of five meals, only one was really good; at least one of the girls ate well. I ordered my burger well-done, but it arrived rare, just like the other two burgers, which were undercooked. And let's not even talk about the steak tartare. In short, if you want to eat cold, undercooked, and tasteless food, I recommend it.

05/08/2026: What can I say… We were a table of five near the kitchen. The atmosphere? Throughout lunch, the head chef, who is apparently also the owner, did nothing but shout. A small suggestion: before yelling at the entire staff, it would be a good idea to serve some decent food. The burger buns were cold, the patties were tiny, and they weren't cooked to the requested standard. And to top it all off, the beef tartare was full of capers and tasted awful. The only positive point was the curry skewer. The servers do their best despite the poor organization. A restaurant to avoid.

27/06/2026: I really didn't like it. I needed to use the restroom and was going to have a service without any problem, but the man's look and the way he told me it was impossible, that it was on the second floor. I told him I could come up without any trouble, and he said it was impossible. I asked him why, and he wouldn't answer. I immediately thought of fatphobia. If he's that curt and disrespectful to his customers, he's going to lose a lot of them.

14/07/2026: Worst café in all of Paris. I came yesterday with my girlfriend and they refused to serve us a carafe of water even though it was 37°C (99°F). They also refused to give our dog water. It's discrimination; they were incredibly rude to us. The servers are truly disrespectful. It's a disgrace; an establishment like this should be shut down. Avoid this awful tourist trap.

03/07/2026: A nice restaurant with good service from the staff, especially Marco who speaks Spanish and is very friendly and courteous.

02/08/2026: A very disappointing experience; if I could give it zero stars, I would. The man at the counter was extremely unpleasant, disrespectful, and spoke to customers in an aggressive tone. Right in front of me, he refused to serve two customers for no apparent reason and ushered them away. I was then greeted in the same way, with behavior that I found threatening and completely inappropriate. I understand that the Festival of Lights is a very busy time and that the stall stayed open until 1 a.m., but fatigue doesn't justify treating customers this way. Such a hostile welcome is unacceptable. I strongly advise against going there; avoid it at all costs. There are many other, much more pleasant shops.

23/07/2026: Disappointed by the closure of the Flunch at Auchan, we tried the one at Cap Sud. Same service, same friendly staff. We'll be back. I should add that the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries were delicious!

22/07/2026: Restaurant, back from vacation. Courteous and friendly welcome at the tills and with the other staff. Very good value for money...we'll definitely stop by again. Delicious food.

18/04/2026: Suite room...supposed for 4 people... The downside...Superb shower...but beware for couples...no more hot water after 4 minutes. (Couples...quick to cuddle 😁). I've never seen anything like it in a hotel... [I'm at a second home...stayed in a hotel suite during renovations and a water outage]. Wait until the next day...probably heated on the night rate...🤨, impossible for 4 people to shower.🤨 No food service on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. These are the days when hotels and restaurants are busiest...go figure 🤨. I'm giving it 1 star...the reception on the phone!!! I've never seen remarks like that when asking for information...I stay in hotels often...I've never seen anything like it!!! We're bothering her 🤣

29/07/2026: Simple and pleasant service. Satisfactory portions. There might have been a slight staff shortage during peak hours, but it didn't really affect the experience. On the plus side, this location offers magnificent sunsets behind the mountains.

12/10/2025: SHAMEFUL! I literally pass by this tobacconist's all the time to do my shopping. I actually went there a few days ago, and today, when I was taking the train and just needed to quickly go to the restroom, I was refused access unless I was using a product (even though I didn't even have time to consume anything FOR ONCE anyway). So I won't be going back, especially given the tone in which I was told; it was a really unpleasant woman in her fifties. So you've clearly lost a regular customer and her entourage, and for your information, in 2025, refusing access to the restroom (to a woman, no less) is shameful.

23/06/2026: Reporting a damaged item on the shelf and being verbally abused by the store manager in return! I didn't ask for anything, I simply wanted to inform you... What a fine example to set for your young staff.

22/06/2026: I contacted this establishment to order a cake. After they presented me with the different options, I told them I would call back to confirm the type of dessert. After several calls, no answer… They are unreachable… It's a shame.

27/07/2026: Thinking I was in for a treat when I ordered a salad meal, what a disappointment! Lots of greens with very little to go around. A basic, uninspired salad. Very, very expensive at €18, especially since the day before at Bistrot Rosette we had a decent salad meal. One has to wonder about the other dishes. I wouldn't recommend this place. The few other customers should have warned us.
