04/10/2026: €26 for a simple coffee and a crepe. No particular charm, no exceptional service, no elegant presentation, and no beautiful view, yet the prices are completely absurd. A thoroughly ordinary café. If you want to be ripped off, go for it!

03/10/2026: Extremely expensive and nothing special… I ordered “Benedicte” and they brought me a croissant with bacon and egg for €23.90, unbelievable… and without any shame they demand a tip, when at most it would have cost them to give decent service! I don't recommend it.

22/04/2026: The elderly woman and a kitchen employee are truly unpleasant. It's understandable to be in a bad mood for a day or two, but this is every single day. They're rude, don't know how to communicate with customers who ask questions, and serve rather small portions.

17/09/2026: I ordered a Nutella waffle. They brought me a Liège waffle that I could have bought in the cake section at E. Leclerc for only €2.63 for 7. This is the second time we've come and we're very disappointed. The last time we had a good waffle (real) with Nutella (which wasn't there), but the service wasn't great. The waitress wasn't very smiley, but she was nice.

08/09/2026: My 11-year-old son came to this establishment for a snack with his sister and grandmother. He ate a Nutella crepe around 4:50 pm. He had been perfectly fine beforehand. A little over an hour later, he suddenly experienced nausea, cold sweats, extreme paleness, and a headache, before vomiting around 6:10 pm. Fortunately, he recovered very quickly afterward. It's obviously impossible for me to say for sure that the crepe caused this episode. However, the very short time between eating it and the onset of symptoms inevitably leads us to wonder. Reading several reviews afterward that mention hygiene problems, cooking issues, or digestive symptoms after a meal unfortunately doesn't reassure us. In case of doubt, we prefer not to return.

14/09/2026: The box is supposed to contain chicken delights, chicken chunks, and nuggets, but apparently they decided to put only nuggets in it, even though that's not what it says on the box or the receipt... Honestly, this place is getting worse and worse, and it's the same thing every time... The last time I went was six months ago, and it was already a mess, but this is the last time. There were two cars waiting, and there were only four of us in the car, and they couldn't even take an order properly. I advise you to go somewhere else if you don't want to be disappointed. Just so you know.

04/09/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats, and when we opened the order, our burgers and fries were squashed because there were three Happy Meals on top. When I called to complain, they brushed me off, saying, "A Happy Meal weighs 100 grams," so I must be lying? It's infuriating how they can't be expected to learn from their mistakes, and the young man on the phone was incredibly rude. They just can't seem to learn from their mistakes.

03/07/2026: Puzzled to see the average rating of this place is only 3 stars. Its an unabashed traditional French restaurant. My experience is that it is a very good one! Really top quality ingredients, well prepared and presented, with nice wine. If that isn't what you want, don't go there! There are plenty of other places in Les Halles Paul Bocuse.

24/06/2026: A delightful surprise awaits at the Passionnement Truffes restaurant, located in the legendary Marché de Lyon Paul Bocuse. Dishes are prepared to perfection, following the purest French tradition, and are surprisingly fresh and well-prepared. Highlights include the Volleyball and Mushroom Fricassee with Morel Cream and the Veal Rognons with Port Sauce.

08/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because, FYI, this Moroccan canteen at 23 rue Richer no longer exists...it's been replaced by a taco place! What a shame...

15/09/2026: This is magnificent. Everything is good...and the staff who work there are super nice...this is the best Kabeb, frankly. The kitchen is clean. The food is delicious.

30/08/2026: I ordered a takeaway taco, which cost €11, and in the end I received a taco and a drink without fries. They told me that fries are only included if you eat in.

16/08/2026: Hello, Disastrous experience. We were strolling through the Feron'Arts market and wanted to eat at 1680. We waited an hour to be served, and finally, after seeing the tables around us being served and asking twice, we left to eat elsewhere. A serious lack of organization.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing, we waited over an hour only to not be served in the end. We had to change restaurants.

20/08/2026: We were unanimously disappointed with our meals, which lacked flavor (I was told it would be a croque montagne with Reblochon-type cheese inside, but I didn't see any of that cheese in my dish). As for the service, it was clearly not up to the standard one expects in other establishments of this caliber.

14/08/2026: We booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff is very professional and welcoming, and the setting is beautiful. However, for €312 per person, we expected higher quality dishes. As vegetarians, we chose the summer salad with white truffles as a starter. The salad was cooked and far from fresh. Surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. The main course, trout with almonds, was nothing exceptional, but the dessert buffet was extraordinary. The wines and champagne were excellent. It's a shame; it could have been a much better experience.

07/09/2026: I bought some chocolates, nougat, and cookies as gifts, and I have to say they were all delicious. The two ladies who served me were very kind and professional.

25/08/2026: The old manager had a vulgar temperament, contemptuous and rude.

13/09/2026: It should be without stars, but that's not possible. You go in, order, eat, and then want to wash your hands (normal), so you look for the restroom. You ask the staff where it is, and the man at the counter tells you it's upstairs and requires a code. So you ask what it is, and he gives you the code. As you head for the stairs, you see a chain blocking the passage. So you approach and ask him why the access to the restroom is blocked and you can't use it freely. His response was "Shut up." I was shocked to hear this, so I asked the shift manager if it was normal for your colleague to say that to a customer. Her response was, "He didn't mean it like that." It was a tragedy for the entire team. I've never seen worse behavior. There's a constant problem with McDonald's employees in France. In other countries, there's a culture.

12/09/2026: I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the counter, but wasn't given a receipt. After 25-30 minutes, I asked where my order was. They asked for my receipt, which I hadn't received. My tray was sitting on the side, waiting. I touched the wraps and told the manager they were cold. She told me they were meant to be eaten cold anyway and left. So, is it normal for the chicken in the wrap to be cold??? Fast food, 30-minute wait and still not served... Manager: Zero!
