01/08/2026: Excellent café-restaurant, ideally located next to the Mk2 cinema. I love having their delicious schnitzel with homemade fries (for only €14) before going to the cinema. A great time is guaranteed, with unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended!

04/08/2026: The food was deplorable, tasteless, and very salty. The ingredients weren't fresh. The service was appalling; the man asked me directly what I wanted without even looking at me. A sandwich was listed at €7.50 at the register, but they charged me €8. When I asked why I was paying the extra €0.50, they told me they had changed the prices and just hadn't updated the sign yet. How am I supposed to know? He refused to give me my change. Not wanting to argue over €0.50, I left and decided never to go back. I honestly think the restaurant is located in a very touristy area, and that he makes several €0.50s a day, maybe even a month. For me, it's nothing, but for him, it's a lot. I decided to leave this review anyway to warn you. In the end, the best thing was the Coca-Cola.

01/08/2026: One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We were two adults and five children, and before we could even order, the staff told us that we had to order more food because the owner wouldn’t accept our order otherwise. They literally said we needed to spend more if we wanted to dine in. This was the first time in my life that a restaurant has ever made such a request. We sat down simply because we wanted to try the food, not because we were planning to have a large meal. We travel frequently, and we often eat four or more meals a day because we enjoy exploring different restaurants. We don’t visit restaurants just to get full—we visit them to experience the food, the atmosphere, and the culture. After hearing that we had to order more just to be allowed to eat there, we immediately left the restaurant without any hesitation. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place based on their customer service.

08/04/2026: Hello, As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the reception I received this morning around 11:15 am. The behavior of an employee (a young blonde woman, around 25 years old or older) was particularly unpleasant, cold, and disrespectful. No greeting (and yet saying hello is free), no smile… to the point of remaining completely frozen in front of the customers. An incomprehensible and unacceptable attitude in a business. Even the young man present, who was otherwise very friendly, seemed uncomfortable with the situation, which speaks volumes about the general unease. After so many years of loyalty, I find this unacceptable. This type of reception gives a very bad impression of the establishment and makes me absolutely not want to return. It's really time to remind everyone of the basics of respect and professionalism.

19/04/2026: The Bourguet cinema manages to avoid all Oscar-nominated films like Barbie, Sinners and many more, and only manages to show films that nobody wants.

28/07/2026: So we arrived and there are two restaurants, Pizza Côté. I was drawn to their competitor's pizzeria, except she told me it wasn't the competitor, but the same restaurant. I asked another waitress who confirmed it wasn't the same restaurant. She lied about that, which I find a bit disgusting, especially since the competitor's looked better for much less money. My pizza was very small with watery, undercooked merguez sausages, and the waitress kept staring at us while we were eating. It's disturbing and awkward.

24/07/2026: The waitress was just wasting time. The food was disappointing, the dessert very underwhelming, and the coffee was like dishwater. A brasserie to avoid.

19/06/2026: The servers are often curt and unwelcoming, regardless of the time of day… having worked in restaurants before, I know how frustrating it can be, but this is ridiculous. Most of the time they display drinks they don't have, without mentioning it, and their responses are very rude. In this heat, the least they could do is point it out instead of making us wait for nothing while they chat amongst themselves. I've never had this problem at other Columbus restaurants. I only encountered someone who was genuinely pleasant once, which is a shame.

27/05/2026: This review concerns the Columbus restaurant located inside the Gara, near Platform 18. It was written on May 27, 2026. I am writing on behalf of myself and two customers who, before me, were subjected to appalling treatment by the waitress. We were subjected to unjustified reprimands and aggressive treatment for trivial reasons. The waitress yelled when the two foreign customers before me asked to pay their bills separately. When I tried to place my order, she immediately sent me back to my table, accusing me of not having answered her questions about my order quickly enough. I strongly advise against this establishment and I am filing an official complaint with the Columbus chain.

03/03/2026: The presentation of the dishes was poor. One of the worst Asian takeout restaurants I've ever had. The food was tasteless and the cooking was atrocious. The woman was polite but completely insincere, as she had no expression on her face. She clearly dislikes her job, and cooking doesn't seem to be her strong suit either. She pressured us to choose our dishes and drinks even though the restaurant was empty.

30/05/2026: The saleswoman's welcome was poor and unfriendly, and the hygiene was appalling: the toilet was absolutely filthy, with no toilet seat, uncleaned, and smelled of urine, with toilet paper everywhere on the floor – truly shameful for a place that serves as a grocery store.

04/06/2026: Hotel located on a very busy road, so there's a lot of noise until 1 a.m. and again from 5 a.m. onwards. The room was run-down and didn't match the renovated photos on the website. Dinner was passable (pizza not recommended). Cleanliness was minimal, barely acceptable. Conclusion: Avoid

27/05/2026: Comfortable and well-equipped room. Well laid out, so a bit noisy in the mornings on weekdays. Although a bit dated, it meets the standards of this category. Book directly. Booking sites take a large commission...

16/06/2026: I went to have coffee with my mother-in-law and my wife. They took our order, we paid, and then made us wait at least 10 minutes for three coffees. The worst part is that she takes coffee cups right in front of me, washes them by hand at the tap, gives them a quick rinse, and then serves us the coffee. When we ask for sugar, she tells me they don't have any more. The woman with the curly hair and glasses is very unpleasant. If she's fed up, she should change jobs altogether. It's the customers who bring back other people's cups to the bar; it's kind of her, but sorry, it's not her. I'm really disgusted with this place. Go somewhere else, it's better. I advise you, but everyone does what they want. Have a good day everyone.

22/07/2026: We often go to Brioche Dorée d'Alma. It's a great place for a quick meal: there's a good selection, and the food is good. The service is always pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Nadia, with whom we've dealt several times. She's always welcoming, professional, and attentive. I'd never taken the time to leave a review before. I recommend this place without hesitation!
