29/08/2026: The Roquefort pizza was disappointing: instead of the advertised cream base, we were given a tomato base. The Roquefort cheese was nowhere to be seen; the tomatoes were roughly chopped and tasteless, and the pizza dough was as thin as a cigarette paper. The toppings didn't even stay on it. And it was very expensive for a medium pizza that was the same size as the small one my partner ordered. I don't recommend it, and I certainly won't be going back.
23/07/2026: The person who served us was friendly. Afterwards, I'm sorry, but the pizzas weren't good. They had no flavor, were bland, and the crust was too thin and burnt.

The sushi is good.
08/09/2026: Ordered 4 pad thai: very greasy, the chicken didn't even look like chicken! The beef was tasteless! The pad thai were white and swimming in oil. I've tried them several times, but this is the last time!!!

20/09/2026: As mentioned earlier, the bald, fifty-something man was extremely unpleasant. We waited 20 minutes only to have the menu literally flung at us and no one bother to take our order. So we left and received the charming comment, "Yeah, right." Avoid at all costs.
17/09/2026: For several years now, we've been coming to Saint Jean de Luz for our holidays and have made the Majestic our home away from home.
It's a welcoming place where the food is good and the atmosphere is often festive. This is due both to the entertainment in the square and the charm of the staff.
We had the opportunity, while chatting with them, to learn more about the town and its surroundings. Once again, we were very satisfied and will be back.

02/06/2026: The atmosphere is nice, and the terrace on the pedestrian street is pleasant. That's about it, though.
The prices are high (€6 for a pastis, which is new) and the food isn't very good. The service is slow.
22/04/2026: They lie about the prices. The cocktail is actually €12. Never again. We asked the price beforehand, they told us it was €6, but they charged us €12.

16/09/2026: We go there for a coffee or something else in the afternoon, no hello from the employees who serve the ice cream etc., no thank you, no good day or any other nice little word, the smile stayed in the changing room, apart from shouting the order numbers, it's like being at security, not friendly at all, just chatting amongst themselves.
13/09/2026: We were very surprised to encounter a very unpleasant person in the beverage aisle when we asked for information about where to find the 25cl pitchers. The response, delivered in a very rude tone, was that they were on the shelves as usual. Our visit to your store was on September 7th at 12:30 PM.

18/03/2026: Very good. However, the live lobsters, literally piled on top of each other in a tiny aquarium, are a sad sight. By comparison, battery-farmed chickens have it made.

Special mention goes to the unpleasant and insensitive owner who compares these conditions to eating beef!

18/06/2026: What a shame! I used to come every now and then specifically to eat the pizza, which was so good you could lick your fingers, and now they've changed pizza oil and it's nothing like the previous one.
10/06/2026: Undercooked frozen fries, chocolate mousse full of raw egg whites…
And unable to ensure customer comfort in the face of demand…
