07/07/2026: Hello Unable to reach a manager by phone or in person, I have no choice but to share my experience here, hoping the manager will see the behavior of their staff! I called a few times to ask if there were any pastries left over from the previous day, and it was always the same young woman who answered the phone, telling me no, at any time of day or night! Today was the same, so I took the time to go and see for myself because I sensed something was off, and once there, I found plenty of leftovers! I asked the cashier why I was being told no when there were so many left, and he told me it wasn't him and that it wasn't his responsibility (indeed, it was a young woman with glasses), even though that wasn't the answer I was expecting! I asked to speak to a manager because I find this unacceptable! I was told no, I couldn't speak to the manager, and that's not normal either. I will continue to go there until I find the manager, but in the meantime, I'm leaving this comment so that your sales staff's attitude is reviewed.

14/04/2026: Beware of the Uber Eats "buy one get one free" kebab offer; when they do it, it's usually because the spit is old or about to be thrown away, and the white sauce is expired and tastes moldy. When I deliver packages here, there's no "hello," "thank you," or "goodbye," even though there are no customers present.

11/04/2026: Really not great for a place that advertises itself as a master kebab maker and homemade fries; it's false. The meat is greasy and doesn't taste good, and the fries aren't homemade—they're dry and not very tasty! I had a terrible stomach ache afterward! The service was mediocre. Probably one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Regards

14/09/2024: Accueil à la limite du manque de respect. Je commande un succulent, on entend un flan ? Une personne qui m accompagne demande un chocolat chaud au lait végétal, on lui dit y a que lait d amande, ok et au final quand on lui sert et elle demande si c'est bien au lait végétal "ah ouais nan j'ai oublié " ..... Quand on demande une cuillère pour manger le succulent "faut voir avec ma collègue la bas".... Bref vu les prix on s attendait à un service de meilleure qualité. Quand au succulent pistache, il est bon mais écœurant et pas pratique à manger... par contre éclair café et cookie nickel. Autrement dit, bonne adresse pour un snack mais pour le service vraiment installez vous ailleurs !

12/08/2024: Nous avons pris une salade au premier abord très alléchante : « salade d’été », « avec des produits frais et sains ». Celle-ci était composée de melon, mozzarella, salade et tomates. Ravis de découvrir une forte odeur bien désagréable lorsque nous avons enlevé le couvercle. Le melon était bien loin d’être frais (pour ne pas dire périmé), et la salade immangeable. C’est scandaleux !

06/07/2026: Excellent falafel poke bowl. Hearty and generous portion. I recommend it. I really enjoyed my takeaway meal.

29/07/2026: We were very disappointed by the Italian-style "ice cream." The strawberry tasted like polystyrene, the apricot slightly better; the chocolate pistachio had nothing to do with either of those flavors. The cone itself was fine, and the price was €3, but there was no pleasure in licking these tasteless, inconsistent ice creams/sorbets, which were very mushy even straight from the machine.

15/03/2026: I strongly advise against this place; they claim to be open on Sunday afternoons, but when you arrive, they say "no, not open".

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

24/11/2025: Positive points: - Reasonable prices (hotel and restaurant). - Spacious rooms. - The restaurant, generous portions and very good. - The welcome and table service. - Canal+ and Wi-Fi, which worked well. 31/08/2025: Room 0 service 0 location 0 I had booked 5 months ago and as soon as I arrived on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 7 p.m., I found the door closed. Sign on the door (permanent closure) WITHOUT WARNING. SHAME.

27/07/2026: I revisited this McDonald's with my grandson, the same one I used to go to with my children about twenty years ago… what a disappointment! The air-conditioned dining area was swarming with flies! The booths were torn, the tables were covered in rust, and the restrooms were filthy. The staff, while only mildly polite, seemed sad and unmotivated. For a chain with this reputation, a serious effort in renovation, cleanliness, and employee development would be most welcome.

31/07/2026: I can't really rate the service because we served ourselves. But otherwise, the food was quite good and the atmosphere could be better.

05/07/2026: Still as unpleasant as ever... At every stop, which I admit is quite rare these days... the owner/manager is unfriendly and makes you want to give him the same treatment, or even worse. Not a hello after he's looked at you... His waitress for the day, on the other hand, is pleasant. Thank you to her. Don't expect much... I even remember once when, accompanied by pretty girls, he was surprisingly affable, pushy, and insistent in his communication... and yet, he's still here after all these years and negative reviews. It just goes to show that with few businesses, the unpleasant ones survive.

20/05/2026: Yves is a truly unique character. Behind his chauvinistic exterior and gruff exterior lies a genuinely kind person with a true passion for his work. Between his humor, his straightforward manner, and his warm welcome, he contributes entirely to the restaurant's charm. A personality like no other, which makes the experience even more memorable. So go there without preconceptions or judgment, but rather to step outside your comfort zone and try new things. Finally, everything is delicious, generous portions, and the prices are reasonable. If I had the chance to be in Gresse-en-Vercors year-round, I would eat at Yves's several times a week without hesitation. 07/08/2026: Only one self-service kiosk was in operation. The wait to order was far too long. Table service was also extremely slow. A significant improvement in cleanliness would be welcome (floors, tables, restrooms); the service area bins were overflowing. It falls well short of the chain's standards.

15/05/2026: I regularly come to your place for pizzas, and we're always very well received (often by Kim, and yes, we know their names by now), always with a smile, even when the counter is busy. There's never been a mistake with the orders. I highly recommend them.

15/05/2026: The pizzas are super good, the staff at Domino's pizza are super friendly, I come every Friday.

15/07/2026: I can't remember the last time I had such a good McDonald's! Every time I go, I'm disappointed because the fries are stale, the sandwiches are cold, they forget things in the order—in short, it's always a bad experience. But this time, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was hot and freshly prepared, and the warm welcome and service from the very friendly young man was a bonus. I highly recommend it, and thank you for this wonderful meal that my family and I enjoyed so much.

12/05/2026: Beautiful time at the new lounge. Amazing staff, warm atmosphere, and truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Absolutely perfect for a staycation — relaxing, elegant, and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
