19/07/2026: I feel really sorry for this guy who's standing by the door; firstly, he's only complaining that one of us wore sandals and he's telling us we're not accompanied. He should just tell us what he wants??? And he's being insolent with his behavior.

02/07/2026: The establishment was closed despite being marked as open, and the bouncer's attitude was extremely unpleasant… what a shame. No point in going back. Might as well go to Bobo!

22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We expected a higher quality of service given what was advertised and the price. The room was dirty and outdated, with mold in the shower and on the bathroom furniture. The mattress was old and sagging due to its age. There was very little hot water for a shower. There were no shutters, only curtains that weren't even blackout. The heating seemed to turn off during the day because it was cold in the room when I woke up in the morning (7 am). The service was definitely not up to the standard of a "4-star" hotel! The continental breakfast was very limited, with few savory options. The pastries were dry, and even the bread was of mediocre quality. The waiter cleared everything away at 9:55 a.m. and cleaned the coffee machines…you're subtly given to understand that he's going to close breakfast service. The bistro service in the evening was rushed; they brought you the starter with the aperitif, so you can imagine the pace of the other courses… Even though the waiter remained smiling, it wasn't a relaxing experience. You barely put down your fork before your plate was taken away…. In short, a stay that was far from restful and pleasant in this “hotel.”

21/03/2026: CATASTROPHIC Having a job that requires many nights in hotels, this is a first for me with a place like this. Supposedly a 4-star hotel, it really needs to rethink its standards. Worn bath towels, dirty bed linens, an unmade bed with a crumpled duvet in the closet, no soap, signs of dampness, a dirty refrigerator, a view of a garbage dump from the room—in short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist said they would pass the information on to management… I should have read the reviews before booking or trusted the star rating!

06/05/2026: Utter incompetence. I'd already been disappointed in the past ordering from this McDonald's via Uber Eats… Today I was driving by and decided to stop in to order a simple meal for one at the drive-thru. It was 3 PM and the restaurant was practically empty. My mistake? Only checking that the order was complete (a meal + a small wrap). I should have checked the contents of the items because putting a ground beef patty in a sandwich called the CBO (chicken, bacon, onion) really takes a genius… Anyway, if you like surprises, go for it!

03/05/2026: The drinks machine was broken, I had to ask for a replacement, and they only gave me a small 20cl carton. The service was appalling, they didn't listen to the customer.

20/06/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered a sirloin steak, but when the plate arrived, the piece of meat was very small and poorly presented. It looked as if the chef had simply taken the last leftover piece of meat and thrown it on the grill. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

29/05/2026: Very good restaurant, however, I had a €25 cocktail, we could taste the alcohol far too much (it needed to be flambéed), which is a shame, but everything else was good, thank you anyway for indicating the origins of the meats on the menu.

26/10/2025: Dry brioche, no softness, cream set and too firm. In short, it's not great, we suspect that to improve the margin, quality merchandise is saved

20/09/2025: I often buy Tropezian tarts in Saint-Raphaël, but we tried the Saint-Aygulf store this Friday. The brioche was stale, and we were sick last night. Reading other reviews, there's a big problem with the flow rate and therefore the freshness at the Saint-Aygulf store.

28/07/2026: Good evening, Well, I think like many others, I got ripped off like a typical tourist. I wanted a good pizza for myself and my dad, €15 for a pizza, no problem, I'm ready to pay €20 if the quality is there. Attached is a photo of the "carbonara" pizza I bought. I only opened the box 5 minutes after picking it up. 🤮🤮 How embarrassing! 😨 (I also got a kebab pizza, it was as empty as my appetite while listening to the pizzas). Have a good evening and avoid this place ❤️❤️

23/07/2026: Had a delicious baguette with cheese, beef, ham, and burger sauce. It's also very filling.

07/06/2026: Honestly, seeing a saleswoman who was six months pregnant not allowed to sit on a stool in front of customers is shocking… and their bread isn't made on site and it's getting worse and worse, I'm going to blacklist them (even though I live opposite 😉)

17/04/2026: Disgusting. The apple turnover was inedible. Avoid at all costs.

29/05/2026: My group of four were the only people in the restaurant, red flag! I left my jacket and purse beside the kitchen entrance, where our table was. My purse and brand-new French designer jacket were left in the restaurant. My purse had 300 Euros and credit cards. My identification. Except for my passport I went back 20 minutes later and was told to call the police. There was no one else present besides the proprietor. I had an AirTag in my bag. It was shut off immediately! Don't eat or drink there! Don't go there

17/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The salmon pasta was tasteless, and the Gruyère cheese looked like it was from 2002. Even the Moresque was a disaster. The waitress was very nice, but the fries were slightly spilled on the table when we were served; they barely even tried to put them back on the plate in front of us. Good luck if you decide to eat here.

02/07/2026: The manager this afternoon was awful to his staff and, by extension, unbearable to me, a customer. I ordered a glass of Côtes de Provence. The young waiter looked at it and asked him to confirm if it was indeed a Côtes de Provence. He snatched the bottle from my hand and poured two glasses. I told him I only ordered one since my friend wanted a coffee. He threw away the second glass. I asked him why he got so angry when I had simply asked a question. He replied, "I'm not talking to you." And why am I a customer? No way.

29/06/2026: Disastrous service. The tobacconist is grumpy 365 days a year: no hello, no please, no thank you, no goodbye. He simply announces the amount in the most unpleasant tone. Not to mention the €20 minimum for card payments, which is now bordering on dishonest. Furthermore, your pseudo-legal notice on this matter demonstrates not only your lack of customer service but, above all, your ignorance of the law. An answer from a forum is in no way a legal standard, especially one from 2020. If you can't have a welcoming notice, at least have a professional one.

06/07/2026: Absolutely awful! I've never eaten at such a bad Asian restaurant. The sashimi tasted terrible, the cheesecorn dog was undercooked and tasteless, and the spring rolls were rubbery and definitely frozen. To top it all off, we found bits of plastic in the rice. I don't understand the positive reviews for this restaurant, unless people enjoy poisoning themselves. Avoid at all costs and report it to the health authorities.

04/07/2026: Beware of this delivery restaurant. I ordered spring rolls; they were too dry, the maki were poorly made, and the bun was good but had no sauce or meat. It's changed a lot. Be careful again.

06/04/2026: Bland and tasteless, keep walking. The waiter was annoying with unfunny jokes. He should improve the quality of the food.
