14/06/2026: You have to pay €30 to get in and this must be the most overhyped place in all of Paris. It feels like it needs to be renovated and the place is so small and bare to begin with anyway. There is no menu for drinks therefore no visible prices or options and we hated our drinks - the quality of the spirits used was very questionable. The music was non descript and we stayed less than thirty minutes. The hostess said she understood why we were leaving on the way out - what does that say !

09/08/2026: Ignore the reviews. Food is nice, staff is lovely. Yeah if you come in summer of course it’s busy, they weren’t rude they’re just busy. They did their best, have some humility.

02/05/2026: Honestly, they might as well close this place down if they're going to treat customers like this. No politeness whatsoever, a frosty reception, you clearly feel like you're bothering them. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they brought me a ham pizza even though I don't eat pork. That alone is unacceptable. I remained polite, thinking that mistakes happen… but then I sent a message to report the problem: seen, ignored, no apology. Zero respect for the customer, zero professionalism. And to top it all off, the pizza was as hard as a rock. Frankly, between the deplorable service and the mediocre quality, this is a place to avoid.

31/01/2026: The quality has dropped drastically compared to its beginnings. The service is deplorable, with insufficient staff. The quality of the sushi is at its lowest. The wok station is empty, and the dishes are mediocre. This restaurant is a mere shadow of its former self.

24/04/2026: Honestly, if I could have given it -5 stars, I would have without hesitation. This "all-you-can-eat sushi" is an absolute disaster. First of all, the fish... need I even talk about it? A dubious smell, a mushy and suspicious texture, clearly not fresh—you seriously wonder how many days it's been sitting there. The rice is either as dry as cardboard or so sticky it becomes a shapeless paste. Even a beginner could do better at home. The service? Disastrous. Endless waits for cold dishes, sometimes not even the ones you ordered. The servers seem completely overwhelmed or totally uninterested. You almost feel like you're bothering them. The hygiene... frankly alarming. Dirty tables, a questionable atmosphere, and a kitchen you'd rather not see. At this point, it's not a restaurant anymore, it's a survival experience. And the worst part: the value for money. Paying to eat this is already a rip-off. But with "all you can eat," it just becomes a punishment. You don't even want seconds because it's so bad. Absolutely avoid it. Even if I were hungry, even if it were free, I would never set foot in there again.

31/07/2026: A disgrace! A sandwich costing over €5 for half a slice of cured ham. Avoid at all costs.

25/06/2026: Unfortunately, my first negative review here is for Heitz. We stopped by on a Thursday morning, right when they opened, for breakfast on the terrace. Sadly, it's not the first time we've had a bad experience, but this time it really confirmed our impression. The staff was incredibly unpleasant, with cold and almost brutal service (our plates were placed on the table as if they'd been thrown there)... I've never seen such indifference, especially since I was smiling and friendly in return. Given the price of the set menu, which is the same as what you find elsewhere, the quality was frankly disappointing! I honestly felt like I was having a hospital breakfast, it was so sad and careless. I ordered a cappuccino, and given the price, I expected something decent. Instead, it tasted like water with powder. For me, this is clearly the worst bakery in Haguenau: expensive, disappointing, and with rude staff. A real tourist trap and a rip-off for locals too! Avoid it, but hopefully things will change!

09/08/2026: Honestly, it's a real shame. The service is incompetent, the employees don't want to do their jobs properly. When you go there, you know there's going to be a problem with your order. I can't wait for Burger King to open in Gien!!

16/07/2026: Honestly, I was worried when I saw the ratings... I ordered a hamburger. It was very good, fresh vegetables, and delicious fries. The restaurant was clean and the owner was friendly. Very good value for money.

25/06/2026: The couscous was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of my mother's. For me, it's the best in the region.

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

28/05/2026: A terrible experience. For work, several colleagues and I ordered lunch today. I ordered a simple "Coul Pizz" and a Santana salad, which, according to the menu, came to €15. But the delivery driver demanded €16 and couldn't explain why! Then came the tasting. The pizza was clearly bad. The "Coul Pizz" I ordered turned out to be a four-cheese pizza (with a tomato base). And the salad, which ended up costing €6 instead of €5, was just a cheap bag of iceberg lettuce, a quarter of a tasteless tomato, and an inedible, processed egg... A disgrace! I had a stomach ache all day. We won't be going back! Avoid this place!
