01/10/2026: More and more expensive for less and less food. Bye McDonald's!

30/09/2026: This morning, I went to McDonald’s around 9:15. There were two employees: a young one and an older one. I placed my order at the kiosk and then waited. A little later, the young employee brought me my order. Up to that point, everything was perfectly normal. A customer who had arrived before me then came to ask about her order. She had already received a drink and a pain au chocolat, but it seemed like something was missing. At that moment, the older employee suddenly came up to me and said something like, “This isn’t yours,” referring to my burger. Without waiting for me to reply or explain anything, he immediately took my burger with his hand and walked over to the other customer. Just as he was about to reach her, he turned around, came back to my table, and placed the burger back in front of me without saying a word. No explanation, not even a simple "sorry" or "excuse me." It was therefore obvious that he had made a mistake: the young employee had indeed given me the correct order. The problem seemed to actually concern the other customer's order, which may have been blocked or not properly transmitted or printed in the kitchen. I obviously don't know the exact reason. What I find particularly disrespectful is that an employee would take a customer's food in this manner, intend to take it to someone else, and then hand it back to the customer after realizing his mistake, without any apology or explanation. I don't know if this behavior had any racist motivation, or if this employee was simply having a bad day or experiencing personal difficulties. But in any case, it absolutely does not justify treating a customer this way. The ordering process at McDonald's is quite clear: I placed my order at the kiosk, and it was properly registered. If I had any doubts or problems, I could have simply checked my order before taking the food that was in front of me. I would also like to point out that the young employee was perfectly polite and pleasant to me. My dissatisfaction stems solely from the behavior of the older employee, whom I found particularly unpleasant and disrespectful. This kind of behavior toward a customer is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable.

02/09/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Le P'tit Machon when we visited in early August. The owners kindly prepared a fondue for us at 2 pm after our long hike. So we went back that evening, as it suited us perfectly, and received a warm welcome. We had a fantastic evening eating alongside regulars who were themselves very friendly. The managers are approachable and easy to talk to. The young man who works with them is very friendly and professional; he deserves your trust! We'll be back when we're in Saint-Claude :) Aurore and Alexis

22/08/2026: I strongly advise against it; the food was like something you'd get in a bad school cafeteria. I find it shameful to serve such mediocre dishes. That said, the owner is nice, but he clearly needs to change his chef.

09/05/2026: The meal wasn't great; it was dry, without sauce, and not very clean in terms of hygiene.

08/08/2026: If you’re looking for a place that openly embraces lacks of punctuality.. where delivery drivers have been known to complain to their boss rather than simply owning up to the delay and communicating it better and that serves pizzas with frozen ingredients... then this pizzeria is the right place for you!

27/09/2026: So what can I say about the chaotic situation that's driving me crazy 🤣🤣 The service is ridiculous! I had to wait 20 minutes for two coffees!!!! They must have gone all the way to Guatemala to get them! It's a shame, the setting is beautiful, but the service really needs improvement. It's not the first time I've been to this place. Goodbye!!!!

26/09/2026: ⭐ Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The setting is truly lovely, especially the waterfront terrace, which only makes what followed even more disappointing. During our time at the establishment, we saw several rats running around in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant area, including one on a piece of furniture/shelf and another on the floor. I was so surprised by the situation that I took photos. For a restaurant, this is obviously extremely concerning in terms of hygiene, and it completely forced us to leave without finishing our drinks. I'm not judging the staff or the food here; I'm simply reporting what we observed and photographed that evening. A very nice location, but an experience we unfortunately won't forget, for all the right reasons.

30/08/2026: An exceptional restaurant, from the food and service to the atmosphere. The fries are the best! The dishes are generous and delicious. With patient, attentive service, always delivered with a smile, you're guaranteed an unforgettable experience.

29/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! Everything was inedible, everything was frozen, it was awful. It's simply the worst restaurant of my life. The service was catastrophic too. The waiter was dirty, and so was the cook. NEVER EAT THERE, NEVER

31/10/2025: Very disappointed with the quality of the products, expensive and mediocre pizzas, what a shame, we came to have a good time as a family, it spoiled our enjoyment.

15/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant after visiting Vizille Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the waitress is gracious and very friendly, and the food is delicious. We highly recommend it! It's a shame we don't live in the area so we could come back. 22/01/2026: Good evening, the waitresses on Wednesday night were very unfriendly, not a smile and not even a "Good evening." I ordered three chocolate éclairs, they weren't good, and on top of that, she wrapped them in paper. I had to tell her to put the éclairs in a box.

26/08/2026: This parcel collection point steals packages; never have them delivered here. I hadn't even asked for it to be delivered here, and in the end, they pretended my package wasn't there but refused to let me check with them—unheard of!

21/08/2026: I wanted to drop off a package and the service was appalling. Not even a greeting, and they told me I didn't have a bag for my packages, so they couldn't take it. I asked them for help, a bag or something, and they replied, "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM." All I was asking for was assistance.
