14/06/2026: Despite a previous review already mentioning nighttime disturbances, I had a terrible night. A refrigeration compressor, located directly opposite the rooms, kicks on every half hour. Furthermore, the interior soundproofing is inadequate: we could constantly hear the neighbors, which is seriously lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel doesn't take customer feedback seriously. As for the service, the reception staff were frankly unfriendly. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was plentiful and decent. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't live up to it.

12/09/2026: Honestly, it was exceptional! I ordered a pizza, but I've never eaten such a good one! My partner felt the same way. The service was fantastic, everyone was so kind! Honestly, good food takes time, and it's worth it. I loved it and I'll definitely be back :) You're all amazing!

15/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Even though the entire terrace was booked, the waiter managed to find us a table outside, showing great dedication to his work and his customers. The meal was excellent, made with quality ingredients. My partner had a goat cheese salad, and I had a burger with homemade fries and salad – nothing to complain about. Four appetizers plus two coffees came to just over fifty euros, which is more than reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: Hello Thank you, Laurent, for the insults you hurled at Mina and me on Saturday night. We were perfectly within our rights to ask the gentleman who was with us at the table how much the two bottles of champagne were charged for. No club owner behaves like that. What a lack of respect and manners!

08/09/2026: This was the worst meal I've ever had in my life. Pan-fried foie gras with no bread or toast to accompany it, and it was overcooked (not even onion confit or chutney, NOTHING—well, almost nothing, except for an extra €4 on the menu). The fish was completely overcooked, and the rice was reheated in the microwave—it was awful. And don't even get me started on the gratin dauphinois, which must have come from a box. The desserts were even worse! Everything was pre-made and completely reheated. It was truly disgusting (I can't put it any other way). It's impossible for a chef to serve such a meal.

06/09/2026: I had the pleasure of trying an outstanding appetizer, crème brûlée made with goat cheese. A truly delightful culinary experience.

17/09/2026: The receptionist on the phone was far too nonchalant and couldn't distinguish between three BBQ pizzas, even though I specifically mentioned BPM (the pizza name). Furthermore, on a previous occasion, we ordered by phone, but the delivery driver never arrived... This time, the driver was also late.

12/09/2026: Unpleasant welcome, too long a wait, no hello, no goodbye. Avoid at all costs, it's horrible.

08/09/2026: The staff is attentive and friendly, very professional, and the place is beautiful and pleasant. I would return.

06/09/2026: My first experience was a disappointment. I was going upstairs to see if there were any seats (I wasn't alone), and one of us was waiting for our order. A man spoke to me curtly, asking what I wanted to do upstairs, without even asking if I had ordered or not. According to him, you have to order to get a seat, which I understand if he had asked me politely. I've noticed that the behavior of some employers needs to be reviewed, and I think the manager is definitely responsible.

30/07/2026: We booked believing the establishment had been completely renovated as it should have been (that's what the new owner told us about 3 years ago). Nothing has changed on the terrace; it's still stuck in the 90s... cigarette butts are lying on the ground. Hygiene-wise, someone in the restaurant had a runny nose. Frankly, the menu is practically nonexistent, nothing like the Facebook videos and website photos. And to top it all off, the "homemade" fries (on the menu) weren't homemade at all. All of this was served with a turkey cutlet cut into tiny pieces, like I was a child, with fries on top to hide the poor quality... go to Flunch or a roadside diner; it's better... I'm waiting for the return visit, and if I need to argue, I'll come back with photos to back it up... It's a shame because the food used to be fantastic. I don't know what happened, but the standard has definitely dropped... hoping that my Let the writings be objective and constructive, and if the level returns to what it was 3 years ago, we will come back without hesitation.

28/07/2026: Very cozy place with lovely decor. However, the evening got off to a bad start. Upon arrival, we announced we had a reservation for four people, and were told they hadn't seen it. No problem, the very kind waiter told us to take our seats. Having come to order a Franche-Comté menu, we were disappointed to learn it was no longer available, along with many other items. We ended up ordering chicken escalopes in a cream sauce with tagliatelle. Unfortunately, they were out of pasta, so we had fries instead. The dish was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For dessert, the same thing happened again: we wanted crème brûlée, and they didn't have any. Luckily, the waiter was very friendly and funny, which somewhat saved the evening. 😅 A little tip for the future: remove the sign on the road where it is advertised that you can eat Franche-Comté plates as well as fried carp, and change the menus on the website.

23/03/2026: Pizza that left a bad taste in your stomach. Our guests and we ourselves were sick all night. €50 down the drain... Furthermore, the "buy 2 XL pizzas, get 1 free 1/5L drink" deal is just a gimmick. The bottle of Orangina seemed odd to me because it wasn't from the EU and, most importantly, it had no expiration date. When I opened it, there was no fizz, just flat Orangina 😳 What happened in the last 5 years? Seriously, avoid this place. It's appalling that this fast food joint is still open with such poor service...

08/09/2026: Their only positive point is their location! It's a shame to have such unpleasant staff serving the incredibly kind and smiling locals and tourists, their complete opposite... You really get the feeling you're bothering them; the atmosphere is icy, they don't even look at the customers... €3.20 for a tea bought at the supermarket 🤡 And the icing on the cake: the employees smoke inside... How delightful! The only good thing: the view from the more or less shaded terrace.

08/09/2026: What a shame that a place with such a great location is so unpleasant! If I had known, I wouldn't have gone there yesterday morning... Apparently, the waitress who was unpleasant has changed? They need to redefine what welcoming, friendly, and smiling really means. PS: The owner is the same, not a smile, rather loud-mouthed and abrupt. I can't comment on the rest of the staff since I didn't meet them; I wish they had made up for my first two experiences...!

03/05/2026: I'm totally going to comment, the gentleman was ADORABLE! I called him last night (a Saturday night) to ask for two Mario figurines because they were the last two I needed, and he gave them to me for free. He was so incredibly kind. Anyway, a huge thank you to the gentleman, and here's my collection :))

02/05/2026: Since the previous manager, Christophe, took over, this McDonald's has been falling apart. Orders are forgotten, and sometimes even orders are taken from other people. The worst part is, two days ago, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes because only two cars were allowed through due to a fight between two crew members. It's unacceptable; they really need to rethink things and hire competent people. I can't wait for Emma to come back as manager and bring order back to this wreck.

04/09/2026: An hour and a half wait before being served...and the order wasn't even complete...avoid at all costs

03/06/2026: The toilet was appalling. I complained, but the waitresses just laughed. They claimed it was cleaned morning and night. Except the toilet bowl was particularly filthy. It's been there for ages! You'd have to really want to eat at this brasserie! They say the cleanliness of the toilets reflects everything else!

24/08/2026: Today on the terrace it was raining, and we were rather rudely asked to come inside. We'd already waited 20 minutes outside and another 30 minutes inside... luckily it was pouring rain... otherwise I would have left... we politely flagged down a waiter to be served. He told me he'd take care of the outside... yes, but it was a downpour, so it took another 10 minutes to get a single waiter who was covering the dining room while the others were behind the bar. The rain had finally stopped... I paid for my drink and left... I think that was the absolute worst service... I won't be coming back anytime soon. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars... that's what it deserves.

21/08/2026: €27 for two non-alcoholic cocktails and two Fuze Teas is expensive. The waiter was very cold and unfriendly.
