13/09/2026: Extremely slow service (almost a 45-minute wait). Overflowing outdoor bins. Prices are exorbitant and the quality is mediocre at best. It's time to do something!

13/09/2026: An interminable wait at the drive-thru, even though there were only two cars on a Sunday and the interior was practically empty. Avoid at all costs.

16/11/2025: Very disappointing for a restaurant in the Southwest. No dishes or appetizers featuring foie gras were available, no pork confit, no Montbazillac pâté—nothing that defines the region's culinary identity. Coming to a restaurant specializing in foie gras only to end up with a huge plate of simple green salad and a piece of meat is unacceptable and certainly not the reason for our visit. The reservation had been made 24 hours in advance for 8 p.m. The excuse that "everything was ordered" is not valid. Furthermore, despite his friendliness, the only waiter present didn't even know what the dishes were made of. Under these circumstances, it would have been better to refuse the reservation or, at the very least, to give advance notice.

08/11/2025: A joke! Unfortunately, it wasn't very funny considering the poor quality of the food and the prices. The reviews must be misleading to such a high rating. We strongly advise against going there; it's a disgrace to customers and to the image of Southwest France. Food lovers, stay away!

09/09/2026: Incomprehensible: The Disneyland app and Google Maps indicate a closing time of 6:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM and were told it was already closed. This is illogical, especially at snack time. Please update your hours.

20/08/2026: A chic tea room. Delicious pastries and drinks. Sometimes there's a long wait to get in, but it's worth it.

24/08/2026: The service was very pleasant, the staff were particularly attentive and professional. Excellent ribeye steak.

22/08/2026: I was very disappointed. Starting with the welcome, the waitresses were anything but friendly. Taking our order was a real ordeal. The waitress suddenly left, and a second waitress took our order, but it was the same story. We had to repeat our order at least six times. The dishes arrived one by one, so we ate cold food. And my salmon tartare was extremely salty. The rosé I ordered was really bad… What's certain is that I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I won't be going back.

06/08/2026: UPDATE: A response 9 months later, with just a smiley face, clearly demonstrates your utter incompetence. What a shame. Very disappointed. Saturday evening at 8 pm, the waitress took our order and told us there would be a bit of a wait, yet the restaurant wasn't full. And indeed, we waited. The burger was good, admittedly, but the "gourmet salad" was far from it. The sautéed potatoes were nothing more than fries cut into chunks, and as for the fried egg, well, it was actually a hard-boiled egg. Given the wait, we didn't order dessert. And when it came time to pay the bill, oh! The credit card machine was broken, just like Christelle's comment a week ago. Strange, I had a job for 7 years and the card reader never broke down! I don't know if there has been a change of ownership, but there are major improvements to be made if you don't want to go bankrupt!

28/04/2026: We used to eat there regularly under the previous owners… but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our last dinner there under the new owners. What a shame…

29/08/2026: The welcome was warm and the service quick. The meal was delicious, and the chestnut mousse was a real treat! 😋 I highly recommend this brasserie; we had a wonderful time.

22/08/2026: No menu. Dessert choices announced by the owner without prices, a surprise at the end... Dirty toilets, not very reassuring. I don't recommend it.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

29/08/2026: The food tasted like it had been frozen and reheated. The €10 homemade plum drink was extremely diluted. Portions were half the usual size, and every dish tasted of doubanjiang. Three girls ordered five dishes for around €120 and still left hungry. Even a small bowl of rice cost €2.90. Poor value for money.

07/08/2026: We ordered in the evening, not necessarily expecting anything extraordinary, and we were pleasantly surprised! First of all, the delivery was on time, the website is great, the bags were well-packed, and they were careful not to put anything hot in with the sushi. The skewers were delicious. I loved the beef and onion! We weren't as keen on the caramel chicken, but otherwise, everything was fantastic! For those who say it's expensive, prices are going up everywhere, that's just how it is. I didn't find the salmon particularly delicate! For me and my sweetheart, they're the best in Clermont! We'll definitely be back, thank you so much! 😊

11/08/2026: The baked goods were fresh and occasionally sold out, which just means being in the right place at the wrong time. The croissants, whether butter or chocolate, were as expected, but the baguette, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations; it was crisp and fresh. The pastries were also typically French, a bit small for newcomers, but very sweet. If you're open to that, it's all good, so "À bientôt" (See you soon).

14/04/2026: Hello, I came to buy some "small snacks," I wanted 8 (there were more on the tray) but apparently they only make 6 per bakery, and the saleswoman wasn't very pleasant, she seemed bothered that I took them all, but if she wanted to keep them, she shouldn't have put them up for sale. Very disappointed.

27/05/2026: The best Greek restaurant around! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The gentleman at the counter is really funny, which always creates a great atmosphere. The meat is fresh, high-quality, and above all, the flavor is always spot on. A special mention goes to their homemade white sauce—it's excellent!! This is the Greek restaurant I recommend to everyone I know without hesitation. Never disappointed, whether by the service or the food 😋😋😋😋

11/09/2026: Passing through, frankly, the fries in the entrance were filthy, the service was slow, and they only brought half their order. Other people waited 30 minutes and still forgot items in their orders. Avoid at all costs.

21/09/2026: What a disgrace! We ordered two ciders. Look at the tiny amount they dared to serve us!!! And that minuscule glass for €4.90!! They're really taking customers for fools! Obviously, we won't be back (especially given the other reviews). This summer, in Brittany, we got a 33cl bottle for €1 less.
