31/03/2026: As a regular customer of this establishment for several years, I was particularly disappointed during my last visit. The salmon on the "light salmon" pizza had a harsh taste and was clearly inedible. I reported the problem, but the manager failed to handle the situation satisfactorily, leaving me without a real solution. While I wasn't charged for the dish, I still left without having eaten, which is very frustrating. Given my fondness for this restaurant, I find this experience all the more regrettable.

16/09/2026: Today, September 16th at 10:00 AM. The service was frankly unpleasant. A short, unfriendly saleswoman greeted me with a curt and dismissive "Next!" as if she were managing a prison queue rather than a bakery. 😅 You almost feel like you're bothering them just by coming to buy something. A smile and a little courtesy would have been appreciated.

25/08/2026: Without a doubt, this is the worst thing you can do when it comes to home pizza delivery. You can explicitly request hot oil in the instructions with every order, but it's no use; it's always missing. If you can't even manage this basic requirement, you should find another line of work. As far as I'm concerned, from now on, there will be no more prepayments. It will be payment by credit card upon delivery. It's one of two things: either the pizza will come with hot oil, in which case payment will be immediate, or it won't, in which case the order will be simply refused. And I have a pretty good idea of ​​who will lose out the most. I urge you to weigh up the cost of fulfilling a basic and legitimate customer request in your industry (offering hot oil) against your raw material costs, labor costs, energy costs, other fixed costs, and delivery costs. A word to the wise!

28/09/2026: I find them very welcoming and polite. I've never had any problems; I always get takeout. I've been going there for a year now, and I come from Paris. You haven't seen anything yet regarding the terrible service. The only downside is the floor, which is constantly slippery with grease, and the tables, which aren't always very clean. I almost fell on the floor twice. Be careful!

09/09/2026: The staff weren't very friendly; the hamburger was cold, the salad wasn't very clean, and the chocolate sauce on the sundae was a tiny drizzle—I'm still looking for it. In short, not great.

19/08/2026: If you're looking for a place to relax, this isn't it! The waitress was incredibly pushy! She came back three times in five minutes to take our order, even though the restaurant was empty. She didn't answer questions about the menu and after the meal said she didn't accept cards, even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere and it clearly stated online that cards were accepted. The food was okay, but the customer service was terrible.

07/08/2026: I will never set foot in that restaurant again. I ordered a seafood soup, and it was disgusting. Everything was inedible. Only the Coca-Cola was decent.

23/06/2026: Beautiful view and pleasant setting for breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, with the servers having to make multiple trips to the bakery across the street to collect what seemed to be each order. Furthermore, the atmosphere was unpleasant due to frequent remarks and shouting from what I believe was the owner or manager towards the staff. It's a shame, because the place has potential; it was better before…

15/06/2026: The food was good quality and the staff provided excellent service. However, the owner's attitude left much to be desired. I witnessed a customer being reprimanded in front of everyone for ordering at the bar instead of remaining at his table. The tone was harsh and unprofessional. It's a shame, as it marred what could have been a very positive experience.

14/02/2026: This shop closed in August 2025; it was replaced by Café Marcel. What a shame, they had the best chocolate croissants around.

28/07/2026: I received a taco I ordered from Uber Eats and it was disgusting. The chicken nuggets were dry. It's unacceptable to let the meat dry out and then serve it.

10/07/2026: I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially since I haven't had any particular problems until now, but this is the second time in a row that I've asked for help with my phone app so I can order at the kiosk, and since no one speaks French, apparently they can't understand what I'm saying, and the attitude is awful 🙄. Every time we come in, the guy just sits on his phone the whole time. I talk to him, and he doesn't even bother to get up or end his conversation. He half-listens and mumbles something incomprehensible, like "figure it out yourself..." I see the guy in the kitchen, I signal, he comes over, says something in his native language (I guess I don't understand), and then he leaves... I looked at them both, I was stunned, and nobody seems to care! I left, annoyed, and went to eat somewhere else! There's only one person who speaks decent French and is nice, so I won't even mention that person.

07/06/2026: Extremely disappointed with this order. In just two years, the quality seems to have dropped considerably. The pizza was far from what was advertised: very sparsely topped, with the impression of a rushed product. I ordered a thick crust and received a thin one, which is already a significant mistake for such a fundamental element of the order. As for the spicy chicken, this was probably the biggest disappointment. Not only was it not spicy at all, but it was also excessively greasy. It felt more like eating oil than seasoned chicken. The lack of flavor and the quality of preparation left much to be desired. In the end, despite the price paid, the portions and the quality were not up to par. I was left wanting more and it's nowhere near the level I've experienced before. A very disappointing experience that unfortunately makes me not want to recommend this establishment or return, with service that doesn't live up to expectations...

02/08/2026: The quality of the bread has declined. Compared to other Marie Blachère bakeries in town, the bread is hard, with more crust than crumb. A real shame.

15/06/2026: We didn't try the hotel, only the restaurant. The food was generous, with a very affordable and varied daily menu. The service was quick, and the restaurant's location is ideal, situated on the road to Fontenay Abbey. The waitress was very kind and attentive to her customers.

14/07/2026: The owners are very friendly, as is the staff. During periods of intense heat, the air-conditioned dining room is a real plus. The food is generally good, as are the kebabs. The only downside is the fries, which are often undercooked or even raw, which is a shame. The prices are reasonable compared to other places.

03/07/2026: Frankly, I was disappointed with my experience. For a kebab costing €8.50, the container was practically full of fries with very little meat, barely a tiny amount. It left me wanting more; the quality/quantity ratio was poor. I expected better for the price.
