06/09/2026: Avoid at all costs...a complete rip-off! The mussels were so dry they stuck to their shells. I left half my portion. The Roquefort sauce is definitely store-bought. The fries were soggy and greasy and disgusting. The prices are high.

31/07/2026: A great place to grab a bite. I've bought many different sandwiches, all fresh and delicious. The Croque Monsieur was the best I've ever tried, and the pan bagnat was also good. The service was always excellent, the staff was great!

29/07/2026: The staff was very unpleasant. I'm being polite, but the disrespect shown by one of your saleswomen warranted a reprimand. Frankly, you need to replace one of your employees who speaks in such a disdainful tone.

02/10/2026: I've been to this bar several times; it's very nice. For the past few months, the bouncer has been selective about who gets in. He doesn't let any groups in and behaves very arrogantly. I'm very disappointed with this place, which used to be easily accessible just for singing and having a drink in a friendly atmosphere, but has now become impossible to get into because of this bouncer.

13/04/2026: There was no information regarding a supplement for the dog on my reservation, and the manager is demanding €10 (small dog, 6kg, sleeping in a basket). Furthermore, the description of the reserved room stated a private entrance, but the room is on the 2nd floor, and you have to walk through the restaurant to access the stairs leading to the rooms. It was also mentioned that there was access to an executive lounge, which doesn't exist! The same applies to all the advertised amenities. I should also mention that the room wasn't heated upon our arrival and that the establishment was completely closed, forcing us to call and wait for over fifteen minutes for someone to come and open the door for us in the cold and rain! The room was old and very dirty (mold at the base of the walls, hair and grime in the shower, an old oilcloth on the table, etc.), noisy, and poorly insulated (towels used as window insulation)! The TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, the toilet seat wouldn't stay closed, the duvet had a hole in it, etc. Breakfast was included, but instead we only received a small snack tray that we had to take to our room ourselves the night before: drinks to make ourselves (instant coffee), no butter, day-old bread, and milk that remained at room temperature on the tray all night (no refrigerator). It was impossible to fill the kettle at the tap (the tap was too low). Another problem: the accommodation description stated a 24-hour reception, but the establishment was not only completely closed when we arrived on the 26th around 6:30 pm, but it was also closed this morning for our departure (7:15 am). We were locked in the stairwell, and the only door we could open led to a completely enclosed terrace: we had to climb over the wall to get out of the building and reach the parking lot! Accommodation to absolutely avoid. The bad faith of the response demonstrates the truth (photos) of my statements.

25/11/2025: I love Subway, but please update your hours. I arrived on a Saturday at 7 PM, and online it said Subway closes at 10 PM. As a result, I arrived, and it was closed. This happens very often, so please update your hours.

26/08/2026: It's impossible to order just a portion of fries. "We cook here, it's not snacking." I understand that, but if someone in the group, like in our case, has several food intolerances, why not make an effort? Is it better to pay for one dish and leave two-thirds of it? €24 for poutine with not-so-homemade fries and just a simple cheese sauce on top... Clearly exorbitant prices. A charcuterie platter is €16, a charcuterie platter in Les Menuires is €14, and twice as much. Of our entire stay, this was the only "bad" experience, in terms of service.

12/08/2026: This restaurant doesn't accept children. We were thrown out. The owners are awful and unpleasant. They pick and choose their customers. It's discrimination. Everyone, don't go to this restaurant.

01/08/2026: If you want to get ripped off, I highly recommend it! They use large trays, even though we ordered small quantities. It's unacceptable! I ended up paying way more than I should have. Of course, they won't give me a refund, even though the mistake was theirs.

Saturday night, we arrived at 9:36 PM after the movie, with opening hours advertised until 2:00 AM… and were told the theater was closed, only the drive-thru was available. Why advertise 2:00 AM if the theater closes well before then? After the movie, it was impossible to eat there. Their customer service couldn't be worse. 👎

31/08/2026: This McDonald's is neglected; they haven't had the "Chicago" burger of the moment for weeks, and they don't have Bug Tasty either. It's a real shame.

15/07/2026: The water sports center is closed for renovations. This could be mentioned on your website to avoid causing frustration, especially for children.

30/01/2026: A very convenient park for a quick walk with the dog. Parking is available nearby. There's a children's playground. The paths are fairly well maintained. It's a little less fun since the artificial lake was removed, but it's still pleasant for a leisurely stroll.

10/09/2026: The pizza is really not good. The restaurant is well-maintained, but the food is expired.

01/09/2026: Is the meat human or camel? And for all those complaining about the quantity: the boss is thinking of us! With more meat, there would be a risk of death.
