21/05/2026: Norman gave us a most welcoming reception. We had lunch with two friends and their dogs on the terrace. Duck confit and Sarlat-style potatoes washed down with a Pécharmant wine, all while listening to music in front of the cathedral. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Without hesitation, I recommend this place.
The restaurant isn't huge, but the staff is very welcoming and professional.
And the burgers? Well, they're simply incredible. Delicious, hearty, and beautifully presented. For me, it's one of the best places in town.
Well done!
If I may offer one tiny criticism, the chairs tend to be a bit narrow for us Creusot bon vivants 😅😅

16/05/2026: We arrived on a public holiday and were lucky enough to find the restaurant open. We were greeted by a lovely manager who took excellent care of us! Where to begin? Everything was perfect 😁. You can tell the food was made with love, a desire to share a rich and generous culture. We discovered new flavors. The manager is a delightful woman; chatting with her is a pleasure. She knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere and is very open to her customers.

My wife had a magnificent sea bream caught off the coast of Le Brusc.

We had a delicious meal. Homemade with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was pleasant with good music playing in the background.
I highly recommend their homemade infused rum!

15/04/2026: I had dinner this Monday, April 13th, at the Taj Mahal restaurant in Biarritz. The meal was excellent: the cheese naan was delicious, the butter chicken was superb, and the service was perfect. Thank you again for this experience and its authenticity.

09/01/2026: The sign says it's open all day, but at 2:30 PM they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to walk quite a distance because of the incorrect information. It's disappointing.
