In short, you'd have to be crazy to order from them…

25/03/2026: A wonderful experience with Emulsion Traiteur. Their team is always helpful, professional, and very well organized. I've had the opportunity to attend several events they catered, and each time everything was perfectly managed. The decorations are elegant and tasteful, and the quality of the food is simply excellent. I've had some truly enjoyable evenings thanks to their service. I recommend them without hesitation!

11/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, despite its reputation for fresh ingredients. From the start, there was a hygiene issue: a midge was floating in the water we were served… not very reassuring. Then, a major mistake with our order: we ordered toasted pitas with smoked turkey, apple, and melted cheddar, but one of the sandwiches wasn't even the right one. And the worst part was the quality of the ingredients: the apples in the pita were clearly rotten (see photo). For an establishment that bases its concept on fruit, this is truly unacceptable. We did receive a 10% discount, but it's far from enough considering the overall experience. I do not recommend it!

08/04/2026: The staff is very welcoming and takes care of their customers quickly, but there's a major problem: the fruit flies! There are always loads of fruit flies that prevent you from eating in peace. Another negative point: the food's flavor varies from day to day. I always order the same dish, but sometimes it's hearty, sometimes bland, sometimes delicious... Plus: the staff 🤗
