22/08/2026: Several concerns arose in the middle of August in a very touristy village: long wait, high price, sloppy food... NONE OF THAT! The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, the meal delicious (I recommend the tuna if you're a fan!), and the bill very reasonable. A great find!

19/05/2026: This was the second time we stayed at Hotel Thoumieux. The hospitality and location could not be better. Jennifer was always willing to help and she was the perfect host. Breakfast was plentiful and a true treat. The Thoumieux restaurant offers a superb dinner.

18/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, refined and delicious dishes with a short but enticing menu. Friendly and polite service, a slightly long wait but very pleasant for taking your time in the small square above the Provençal market.

14/08/2026: Tranquility amidst the chaos. A quiet, quality restaurant amidst so many other touristy, identical restaurants. The menu offers a limited selection, but all are well-designed and of excellent quality. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with the quality of the food and service. Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: This is a super cozy restaurant with an excellent location in the center of Charleville-Mézières. We sat in the cellar, which was a very cozy and atmospheric setting. The food was delicious and, moreover, beautifully presented. We also received two small, free tasting dishes as a starter, and these were very tasty and surprising every time. Truly a little taste sensation! The apricot dessert is highly recommended. The different flavors complemented each other perfectly. Without a doubt, one of the best desserts I have ever eaten! If we lived in the neighborhood, we would certainly come back; unfortunately, that is not the case!

Making gastronomy accessible to all means allowing everyone to discover flavors, to enhance the emotions evoked by exceptional products, and to remember that the cuisine offered by a chef like Éric Hubert is a skillful blend of tradition, innovation, and history. But it's also a path we must support because it leads to better health for both the individual (through choice and quality of products) and the environment (through respect for seasonal produce). A must-visit if you're in Charleville-Mézières! But perhaps I should say that this establishment justifies a trip to Charleville! Thank you to Éric Hubert, his wife Françoise who coordinates the service with efficiency and kindness, and the entire team! Also, thank you ☺️ for the brief chat at the end of lunch!

07/06/2026: We love Cherfa, especially the atmosphere there. Unpretentious, home-style cooking and a warm, welcoming atmosphere make it a favorite spot for a loyal neighborhood customer who always feels at home. Cherfa is like home, and it's the bar for friends.

27/08/2026: An address you absolutely shouldn't miss! Despite the crowds, we were served very quickly, with priority given to my 4-year-old daughter. She even got to see how her pizza was prepared, with a full explanation! Lovely staff, delicious pizzas, and fast service—what more could you ask for!
