28/02/2026: Fantastic! We stopped for a bite to eat for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, English-speaking owner! He offered us a Tajin as the dish of the day, which was delicious, as was the dessert. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. If I ever come back to Lyon, I'll definitely be back. I'm also curious about the weekend jam sessions!

23/03/2026: Having tried all the sushi restaurants in Dijon, and being a big fan of raw fish, I have to admit that Central Sushi's quality is superior. The menu is very varied and comprehensive, the decor is incredible, I highly recommend it.

22/03/2026: Over a 40-minute wait for two cocktails, while tables that arrived after us were served first. The service was completely disorganized, with absolutely no consideration for the customers. Given the experience, I'd rather not comment further… I strongly advise against going there.

01/04/2026: I ended up visiting this place while looking for a restaurant near my accommodation. Since it is frequented by locals, the service for foreigners was a bit awkward, but I was touched by how well they explained the menu in broken English and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Also, the chef takes great pride in Italian cuisine and even came out to explain the dishes himself, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The pizza was delicious, the spaghetti was incredibly tasty—just as good as the ones I eat in Italy—and the beer was fantastic. The best restaurant!!
