15/08/2026: Miam! This was our second visit and we will be coming back for sure! They keep their menu very seasonal and each dish is exceptional. Definitely visit if you have the chance but do call in advance to book if it’s a summer day as their terrasse is often full.

15/08/2026: The welcome was cold, as we hadn't made a reservation. The cleanliness on the terrace left much to be desired: bird droppings on the chair, which was cleaned after a 10-minute wait; dusty salt and pepper shakers; the hanger steak with shallots, cooked on a barbecue, had black grill marks and tasted burnt—a griddle would have been ideal. The salad was over-seasoned, and the coleslaw was undeniably stale. The waitresses weren't particularly attentive to customers, except for regulars. This restaurant has changed a lot since we first went there. The manager used to be much more helpful.

01/08/2026: These are the best pizzas! We always get them here. The ingredients are high quality and it shows—the dough, the mushrooms, the salmon, etc. Even the ham is delicious! It's great to see that there are still places that do such good work. Well done!

09/06/2026: Renaud Darmanin is passionate, and it shows. The menu is more local than ever (you don't forget your roots that easily): the vegetables come from the garden, and the suppliers are all nearby. That evening, we had asparagus from a local producer and a divine bisque, as well as melt-in-your-mouth lamb in a reduced jus, not to mention a truffle-infused bone marrow that was simply divine. And on top of that, the service is impeccable. Head straight to Marcolès!

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The ice creams and sorbets are truly delicious, with a wide variety of flavors. You can tell the flavors are well-crafted and really tasty. A lovely little spot to discover on the beautiful Place des Corps Saints.
