17/05/2026: We had a fantastic time at this restaurant with a friend! We received a very warm welcome from beginning to end. The staff is truly lovely, professional, attentive, and caring. The ingredients are high quality and the dishes were excellent. You can feel the care that goes into both the service and the food. A wonderful experience, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

05/06/2026: A Vietnamese restaurant in Sedan on the Meuse. Look for the entrance a bit, as it is via the terrace. Very cozy inside and good service. Nice menu with Thai dishes as well. The shrimp Pad Thai was delicious, as were the curry dishes and the starters. Highly recommended.

The chef shared his extensive experience with us through his dishes. I take my hat off to him for the slow-cooked sea bass with thinly sliced ​​artichokes: a truly signature dish. The other dishes were all executed with exquisite precision in seasoning and cooking, where the ingredients are clearly at the heart of the chef's vision. The filling for the brick pastry is fantastic, but even the brick pastry itself releases incredible aromas. The mastery of the spices is absolutely astounding. The descriptions of the dishes don't live up to the contents of the plates. A very small piece of beef costing over €30... the quality/price ratio is lacking. As for the service... The waiters are friendly and approachable, it's a shame about the head waitress who seems to have left her smile in the kitchen... A little smile and some kindness towards the customers would have been appreciated... 😉😉

I went for the classics: foie gras as a starter and duck breast as a main course, but what a culinary journey it was! A festival of tastes, colors, and textures... In short, pure bliss. I'm not much of a dessert person, so I ordered the cheese plate, and everything was delicious, with a superb wine pairing. They specialize in wines from small producers, so you can imagine the quality! I think they have all the hallmarks of a Gault & Millau guide. A true enthusiast who knows how to share his passion with discretion and generosity! I highly recommend it!
