22/07/2026: Go to Le Boucanier and you'll be delighted! Where to begin... Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, from the welcome and the service to the food and the atmosphere. In short, a true success. The cuisine is high-quality thanks to local products (fish, seafood, meat, and more) but also to a touch of Latin American influence (Peru never disappoints). In each dish, you can see the care and attention to detail. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful. It's a cuisine that knows how to satisfy every palate, whether you prefer fish, seafood, or meat. No one is left out. I chose the burrata, the beef (an excellent Peruvian recipe), and the pavlova. It was a delight, and I'm already thinking about my next visit. It's also worth noting that the food isn't the only positive aspect contributing to the success of this culinary experience. The view, the decor, and the ambiance are particularly appealing. A touch of exoticism without detracting too much from the seaside setting. Once again, flawless. And finally, how can we not mention the service... the Boucanier team is young, dynamic, and attentive. Professionalism is evident from beginning to end. If you're celebrating a birthday, this wonderful team will surprise you and show their warm welcome. I would like to thank Mariana for her attentiveness throughout my experience at the Boucanier. 19/08/2026: A very bad experience. I was particularly shocked by the lack of hygiene in the kitchen. I saw a cook smoking, then resume preparing orders without washing his hands. The cooks don't wear gloves and handle raw vegetables directly with their bare hands to prepare sandwiches, when a utensil or tongs should be used. For a restaurant, this level of hygiene is truly concerning. I hope management will take the necessary steps to improve kitchen practices.

I tried the Yuzu mochi and the Chocolate one, both were delicious 🤩 I'll have to get back and try more, as I'm especially curious about the Matcha Chocolate mochi (it was already sold out when I arrived). 23/03/2026: Yeah, it was OK. It had 3 weird mc Donald's style screens to order food which seemed ridiculous in such a small place, just want to order at the bar from a human. Burgers a bit too rare for me and hella expensive, but I guess you're in the mountains, music banging like a rave when there's only 3 people in there. So... yeah... alright, not great.

Ordering online is super convenient, and the food is ready in 30 minutes. The service was really pleasant. The dishes were very fragrant and flavorful. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: I hadn’t made a reservation, so I was seated in a relatively warm area without any fans to cool it down during lunch. Aside from that, the service and food were excellent. I’ll definitely visit this restaurant again!
