17/08/2026: An excellent experience at this distinguished restaurant, awarded a Michelin Bip Gourmand and a Gault & Millau toque. The restaurant's facade is elegant, and from the moment you enter, you're immersed in a rather original, chic bistro atmosphere, with well-chosen decor and a cozy, intimate ambiance. Tables are dressed with white tablecloths. The menu isn't extensive, but the food was delicious. We opted for the Bip Gourmand menu at €39 per person (starter, main course, and dessert or cheese). Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, the meat was very tender, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The service was quite quick, and the staff was pleasant. You can even leave with a small bag of sweets if you ask. Truly excellent value for money! A must-try!

15/08/2026: We came for lunch today as a family to celebrate moving house. We'd never been to the restaurant before, but we'd heard nothing but good things. And indeed, it was. Between the efficient and very pleasant waiters and waitresses, the delicious food thanks to the quality of the ingredients, and the restaurant's atmosphere, it was a very enjoyable experience, one of the best I've ever had. I should also mention that I had asked them to seat us in a quieter area because one of us is hard of hearing, a request they readily granted! Go without hesitation, you'll love it!

11/05/2026: A truly disastrous experience. => I'm willing to pay more in a mountain restaurant at a ski resort, but this is clearly outrageous. We ordered a raclette for three: the portion was far too small. Only five potatoes for three people, and a charcuterie platter at €16 per person… There's a total of €48 worth of charcuterie in the photo: but in the end, we only got ONE slice of each: cooked ham, ham, sausage, and mortadella. So, €48 in total for low-quality charcuterie, as the photo shows. Even after pointing it out to the waiter, there was no reaction, no gesture, nothing. The Chablis wasn't great either. The bread seemed to have been defrosted hastily, still cold inside. Honestly, the value for money is scandalous. We left feeling completely ripped off from beginning to end.

19/07/2026: Excellent exhibition, knowledgeable staff, I really enjoyed it. I would not advise eating unpackaged food at the cafe due to poor hygiene practices. Guy behind the counter used his bare hands to put food in the bag, and was touching everything else with his bare hands as well. I had gastro issues the next morning and believe this is the source. They can afford clean tongs and should start using them.

15/07/2026: Very nice place, I visited the current exhibition- very well organized and very interesting topic. Would love if it can be accompanied by workshops. There is also a very nice cafe with various options for food and beverages.

30/07/2026: A very "original" take on hospitality... Having regularly dined at this establishment as a family, and having fond memories of its cuisine, we had the opportunity this Friday to discover a completely new approach to hospitality. We arrived at 11:45 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. opening, a mere 15 minutes early. We were a group of four, accompanied by a 78-year-old, in the midst of a heatwave. With the terrace already fully set up and the restaurant open, we boldly ventured to sit in the shade and simply wait for the official start time. This was without taking into account the waitress's legendary strictness. Without bothering with a simple "hello" (a concept that has apparently become optional), we were greeted with a warm, "What are you doing here?" After we politely explained that we were there for lunch, she very courteously asked us to wait 15 minutes elsewhere before we could return. Making a 78-year-old walk around in the sweltering heat instead of letting them wait in the shade—now that's a truly admirable management decision. While the food is decent, hospitality remains the very heart of the restaurant business. Unfortunately, because of this waitress's behavior, this establishment is sorely lacking in it. ⚠️A word of advice⚠️: if you are with elderly or vulnerable people, avoid this place. Kindness and understanding in the face of the weather conditions are clearly not part of the establishment's ethos. This will be our very last visit.

09/08/2026: If you dont like outdoorsy vibes. Terrace but very open, self serve, dont go. If you do.... it's the PERFECT spot for a chill afternoon. No seat assignments, you just find an empty booth and sit!

19/08/2026: Approved by my mommy ! Food was so authentic. We were all vegetarian and the menu had a lot of options. Binita served us and she was sooo warm and helpful and answered the endless questions my parents had. Overall such a positive experience. I highly recommend.

30/08/2026: One evening we ate Galette and Tartiflette, which were so good that we went back to try the Raclette, which was also very good. Recommended if you're passing through Saint-Gervais.
