26/10/2026: Very slow service. The daily special was unavailable: raclette burger. The waitress was unfriendly and rushed, even though there were very few customers. Not suitable for me, as I have reduced mobility and am hard of hearing. It's cold inside, as are the reception and the staff. The children's area: the tablet no longer works, and the coloring house is broken.

28/09/2026: On Saturday evening, we had the pleasure of discovering La Compagnie Française. This restaurant in the heart of Toulouse offers a high-quality menu, delicious dishes, all served in a relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere by professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

28/09/2026: Don't hesitate any longer! We went there for a friend's wedding. The welcome, the organization, the food, the atmosphere, the helpfulness: everything was perfect! They even have a large room dedicated to events for parties, meetings, or any other gathering. In any case, congratulations to the team for a successful evening! If you have a personal or professional event, or simply want to enjoy a meal with friends, this is the place for you. All the best!

04/10/2026: A bar that makes its own rules! The terrace is noisy well beyond legal hours, until 2 a.m. on weekends. Music with a bass drum reverberates throughout the street and into the apartments. No respect for the neighbors.

04/08/2026: The hotel was beautiful it was in a wonderful location of the city easy to get around The staff were friendly and professional, room service was terrific. I enjoyed the wine in the bar. My son and I really enjoyed the food. It was a wonderful place to stay in Paris. Also it made the jet lag easy

31/07/2026: Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris lived up to every expectation we had and honestly, maybe even exceeded a few. The hotel has that rare balance of feeling luxurious without ever making you feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everything is elegant, but still warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every detail feels well thought out. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, professional and always happy to help. It never felt forced it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to so many amazing cafés, restaurants, and some of the best parts of Paris, but the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the busy city. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Paris that actually delivers on what it promises, this is it. We left with nothing but great memories and would happily stay here again.

05/10/2026: The food was fine, but the service made me feel like an alien. We asked what was in their three-cheese dish, and they said mozzarella and something else, but the three cheeses were fake—there was blue cheese in it, etc. I asked for paper towels, and they brought us the bill. In short, a lot of service issues ruined the experience.

05/10/2026: We had a delicious and memorable meal here while in Strasbourg. Service was very friendly and the food was excellent! My husband got the carbonara which came with a fresh egg yolk to mix in (so good!) and I had the Paccheri Stracciatella et Pistache which was divine. Such delicious food at very fair prices. Highly recommend!

13/08/2026: First reservation and very satisfied with this culinary experience. The setting, nestled at the foot of the cathedral, is very peaceful for the city center. Our server was friendly and the timing between aperitifs and the main courses was well managed. As for the meal, the cuisine was exquisite. It was delicious and, above all, very generous. In short, a must-try. We will be back.
