28/06/2025: We ordered a creme fruit tart and a lemon pie tart, a cold tea and a cappuccino. The fruit tart had had no passion fruit taste. The lemon pie lacked lemon taste. Each slice is €6... very expensive compared other cafes in the area. My cappuccino had a bitter taste, but I asked to make them again and they glady did. They showed a very good costumer service and the staff was very friendly, that's the positive of our experience. However I think they need to seriously improve their pattiserie products and they barista skills. They shouldn't charge that much until their quality is at the same level.

15/12/2024: Beautiful hotel, well maintained.
Varied, copious and quality breakfast (19€/adult and 10€/up to 12 years old)
Ask for a lake side room! The view there is splendid.
Only things to say:
- family room a little narrow for my taste but sufficient for 1 night.
- breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. Until 10 a.m. would be great!
We are happy with our visit and will keep this address for next time 😉

30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.

Top service and very friendly staff. You can go there with your eyes closed. The golden lion is an institution in Saint Chely, it is part of the history of the city.
18/12/2024: Hotel restaurant well located where it is easy to park in the square next door. For a three-day stay, it was very pleasant. The bosses are friendly and friendly.
They serve delicious homemade food and are very tasty. Special mention goes to their characterful cheese. The rooms are good and clean. The hotel is quiet and well located. To recommend without hesitation

Veal sweetbreads and grilled octopus followed by scallops and prawns and to finish in style tatin flambé with calvados, in front of us.
An impeccable welcome and service.
A discreet presence of the chef who is concerned about the satisfaction of his customers
An address that we recommend and we will return to taste other dishes.
18/01/2025: We ate Casoulette (€27), which is a typical Carcassonne dish and was delicious. It is a hearty dish of white beans with duck and sausage but the type cannot be identified. He was very well prepared. They serve it fresh out of the oven. My partner ordered the weekend menu that included dessert (I think €34?) A delicious cheesecake of a perfect size. We share it. The friendly treatment. I think a thousand improvements could be made to make the place visually more welcoming and combine perfectly with the delicious food. By the way, now looking at the photos I remember that they gave us a complimentary starter. I recommend this site!

An establishment that is consistent with its location. At the foot of a magnificent castle, this hotel has retained all its charm. The rooms are carefully decorated in theme and very clean. I found a perfect welcome there by hoteliers who seem to love their job. A quality restoration. I recommend without hesitation.

Présentation magnifique, plat très bon et goûteux. Les saveurs dans la bouche une explosion ( un feu d'artifice en bouche ).

11/09/2024: Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant pendant le FIMU de Belfort. La décoration de la salle est très jolie, j'adore la couleur des fauteuils et des banquettes ! Leurs pastillas sont délicieuses et copieuses, et que dire de leur thé à la menthe ? C'est une excellente adresse pour découvrir la gastronomie marocaine.

10/09/2024: We chose this restaurant as it was so pretty inside although it was just outside the old town. The pizzas were really good. The husband and wife team are great hosts and very friendly! They actually celebrated the restaurant’s 25th anniversary whilst we were there. Congratulations!🥳

02/10/2024: Pleasant Saturday evening. The meal is very good and the welcome too. The show at the top just a little less, the manager sings alone too often and the songs are too calm, I think that more lively songs would break the atmosphere less. Thanks for all.
24/09/2024: Great service, the meal was excellent, the staff welcoming, friendly and attentive. In addition, it is a very clean and easy to access place with very large parking. I recommend!
