09/04/2026: At "L'Impérial," everything is truly regal… What a great idea to celebrate a birthday and dine at this renowned restaurant, a place we always enjoy revisiting. My wife will cherish the memory of a delicious confit with vegetables, and I will remember a succulent ribeye steak, the likes of which I haven't tasted in ages, with such flavor, perfect cooking, and quality. The best part is that the plates are preheated, which is very rare. The restaurant's dining room is intimate and very cozy. The service is impeccable; the staff is friendly, smiling, and attentive. 31/03/2026: The name "L'instant gourmand" (The Gourmet Moment) is very fitting; indeed, we stopped here on our way to our holiday destination and received a very warm welcome. With the €22 set menu, we thoroughly enjoyed homemade pasta with a delicious sauce, and the chocolate mousse was superb! Thank you! All the best to you!

08/04/2026: A tiny Italian restaurant on a charming little square. Everything is homemade with fresh ingredients. The menu is small, but every dish is excellent. The chef is the sole chef, working both in the kitchen and the dining room. He warned us that the service would be a bit slow, but it was well worth the wait—everything was delicious. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

14/04/2026: A small Asian restaurant with a very pleasant welcome, and the owner has a great sense of humor and is quick-witted. The meal was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. There were several menu options. I highly recommend it, even though I'm not from the area. I definitely plan to go back with friends to introduce them to this place.

07/04/2026: Whenever I travel to Paris, I make a point of seeking out places that serve authentic couscous and tajines. Ironically, it’s not always easy. Given the city’s rich North African heritage, you’d expect Paris to be a haven for this kind of cuisine—but more often than not, the experience falls short. This time, however, was different. For the first time, I had a truly perfect meal. The Couscous Royal was outstanding—beautifully cooked and served in generous portions (generous enough that finishing it felt like a personal achievement). The semolina, in particular, deserves special mention: light, fluffy, and full of flavor. It may sound unusual to focus on semolina, but I had genuinely never tasted it prepared so well. The vegetables—chunky carrots, celery, and courgettes—were paired with a sauce that struck the perfect balance: rich and deeply seasoned, yet light enough to complement rather than overwhelm the dish. The accompanying meat platter featured four pieces, each one tender and full of flavor. Simply delicious. The lamb tajine was equally exceptional—rich, fragrant, and perfectly cooked. This restaurant has firmly earned its place on my list of favorite spots in Paris. The café itself is simple and unpretentious, which only adds to its charm. Its location, right next to the beautiful Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, makes it even more special—perfect for a long, leisurely walk afterward to digest such an indulgent meal. The wine, like everything else, was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and sincerely hope the quality and service remain just as impeccable in the future

21/04/2026: A superb little family-run hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent service. The half-board option was superb and generous. The room and bedding were spotless. It's well-located for Lake Chalain, the Hérisson waterfall, and other short walks. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Everything was perfect from start to finish: a warm welcome, a pleasant setting, and above all, exceptional quality on the plates 👌 The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. Special mention for the €32 set menu—excellent value for money, it's hard to beat! 😍 I highly recommend it; we had a fantastic time 👍

20/02/2026: My partner wanted a kebab from across the street, and I wanted sushi. The smiling and lovely sushi waitress offered me a seat so I could choose my takeout at my leisure. My partner came back to get me when his kebab was ready. He was very well received, even though he had ordered takeout. My takeout was absolutely perfect: delicious, hot, fresh, comforting, and inexpensive (bento box C). My only regret is not having convinced my partner to dine in. I highly recommend both takeout and dining in. I work in the restaurant industry and I know where to find good places. This one is definitely worth a visit.

27/02/2026: Superb experience, refined cuisine bursting with flavor!!

23/02/2026: Very disappointed! We came once before, and it was great: fine and refined cuisine. But this Sunday, the dishes had a very heavy, overpowering sauce that was not good at all. We also had a very large portion of sweetbreads, which was sickening because it was too big, again with a heavy, thick, and very strong sauce. For dessert, we ordered sorbet, and we were brought three scoops with nothing else! Not a mint leaf, no small fruit for garnish, not a small biscuit, nothing for €15! What a disappointment for €180! We will not be returning to Karélian.

26/04/2026: A truly surprising restaurant, both in terms of quality and service! Exceptional, to be precise: taste, quality, service—everything is perfect. I tried ceviches and tatakis, not to mention the pan-seared foie gras and the French toast—it was amazing, or delicious, whichever you prefer. In any case, don't hesitate! We came from far away, but we'll be back. Thank you for sharing!

14/04/2026: We had an excellent meal for two in this lovely little restaurant near Port Lympia in Nice. The fish & steak were really excellent and the service excellent & very friendly. We will definitely be back. It’s easy to get to and it’s a very short walk from the Port Lympia tram stop and other bus stops.
