16/10/2026: Nadja was incredibly welcoming and kind (I took the liberty of asking her name, as I've always seen her there). She's very dedicated. We need to keep employees like her. The hot chocolate was fantastic.

16/10/2026: An excellent place! We ordered bò bún and it was delicious. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the herbs were crisp, the meat flavorful, and the vermicelli perfectly cooked. The dish was beautifully presented, and the sauce was just the right amount: not too much, not too little. Flawless from start to finish. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

12/10/2026: Weekday takeaway lunch for two people, the service is quick, there is a large selection of products averaging around ten euros, I regret the readability of the prices in the window which are not very visible, I recommend without hesitation the establishment which is very good.

13/10/2026: On the same day, two very different experiences at this magnificent and relatively unknown venue. 1) Dinner at 6:30 pm before the concert: it was still relatively empty, the menu was original and the food delicious, the service attentive and friendly. 2) Drinks at 9:30 pm after the concert: the atmosphere had changed somewhat. Almost all the tables were occupied, and the two servers responsible for the entire floor, despite their best efforts, struggled to do their jobs properly. We waited about half an hour before our order was taken, the surrounding tables were still piled high with the dirty plates of previous customers, and finally, when it came time to pay, we had to bother the server who had finally been able to take his dinner break at 11 pm. Let's hope this second experience was an isolated incident and that the management usually staffs the restaurant more.

13/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! The staff were super attentive and friendly. The large sirloin steak to share, with its shallot and bone marrow sauce and (real!) homemade fries, was absolutely divine. I highly recommend it. We were seated upstairs overlooking the lively Barbès intersection; the decor was lovely and it wasn't too noisy – a very pleasant experience. Book ahead to be sure of getting a good table 😉

13/07/2026: The best Fleischschnacka of my life! We had lunch on the terrace with our family on a Saturday. The terrace is shaded by large trees, which immediately lowers the temperature a few degrees. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were immediately offered a carafe of water. Given the heat, it was very welcome. The menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. I opted for the Fleischschnacka with raw vegetables, which were absolutely delicious (see photo). There's also a version with broth and green salad. The photo also shows the pig's trotter stew. The rest of the table ordered hanger steak or steak tartare. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the excellent service and the restaurant's decor.

20/08/2026: I came with my mother. An authentic setting, a warm welcome and excellent service, exceptional dishes in both presentation and flavor—congratulations to the chef! The owner and waitresses were very professional, pleasant, and attentive. I'm from La Rochelle. I will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience. A must-try! Don't hesitate.

16/10/2026: Unfortunately, this establishment has now fallen into the category of disappointing restaurants, unable to offer consistent service in line with its prices. As for the manager, her ego seems to have gotten the better of her, to the point where she has lost all sense of self-reflection. Come back down to earth, Madam: admitting your mistakes and accepting constructive criticism is often the first step towards improvement.

12/09/2026: A small, unassuming restaurant that offers truly original vegetarian cuisine. The manager is also incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. What more could you ask for?

30/08/2026: Very rude staff. Popped our head in and had the waitress tell us it's not open, then she laughed with her friends saying "it's obviously not open" as we turned around. Arrogant and just plain nasty for no reason. Avoid.
