22/05/2026: The food was excellent, with great value for money. The atmosphere was very welcoming. However, there was a slight downside regarding the service: we waited over an hour between our main course and dessert orders, with the impression that some regulars were being served first. Despite this, the waitress was very kind and smiling. It's a shame about the wait, which slightly marred the experience.

02/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by colleagues. It was a company lunch. The meal was delicious. We had a set menu which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. The cuisine is refined, complemented by very pleasant service. Our team thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

29/05/2026: One of the worst dining experiences I have had. From the moment we arrived, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive, making us feel completely unwelcome. Customer service was practically non-existent, and any concerns we raised were ignored. The restaurant itself was not well maintained and appeared dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. To make matters worse, the food quality was disappointing, lacking both freshness and flavor. The service was painfully slow, and the overall experience felt highly unprofessional. Considering the prices charged, the value for money was terrible. A restaurant should make customers feel respected and comfortable, but unfortunately Ratn failed on every front. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never return. The owner is VERY VERY RUDE SO DO NOT GO FOR SURE

17/02/2026: A lovely pizzeria in the heart of Saint-Émilion, nestled among the medieval streets. On the menu: Southwestern salad, whole duck breasts, baked eggs, chocolate mousse, and red berry panna cotta. All the dishes and desserts were excellent. I highly recommend it. Good value for money.

11/02/2026: Excellent meal, great welcome and atmosphere. 4 stars for the food because there's always room for improvement, lol. No complaints whatsoever: generous portions, lovely presentation, homemade with quality ingredients. I was even given a little box to take home the leftover pizza I couldn't finish. As for the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), it was a real treat with a choice of several drinks, including cappuccino. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return when we're back in your region. We'll be giving the address to friends and family. P.S.: The grotto is an enchanting escape.

17/05/2026: We ate at this restaurant. The dishes looked interesting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. I rarely finish my own plate. We highly recommend this restaurant. And I should mention that the owner was very kind. Congratulations!

16/05/2026: Cancellation 45 minutes before the scheduled time, even though the reservation had been confirmed by phone the day before. We were asked to sit outside because we had three strollers (they knew this from the day before), even though we had a three-month-old baby with us. Supposedly, this was because they also had a group of 13 people booked. Very disappointing, as finding space for eight people and three children is not easy!

22/05/2026: My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our seven-year anniversary, and it was a surprise for me. I knew the area, but not the restaurant. Honestly, it was a wonderful array of small dishes with different flavors. I really enjoyed it; I discovered new things from the appetizers to the dessert. Honestly, you absolutely have to do it at least once. Thank you to the staff who took such good care of us, and thank you also to the chefs. I had a great time in the sunshine.

20/05/2026: A large, understated room that struggles to get warm. The food is very good and original. Tip: order a bottle of wine; the wines by the glass are excessive compared to the portion size... fine dining, certainly, but moderation is key. The service, however, is impeccable.

02/06/2026: The ribeye steak wasn't bad, even if it wasn't French beef. The pasta, however, was just average. Homemade fries would have been a nice touch. The appetizer was insignificant. The dessert was average. The price is unbeatable for the portion size. It's not fine dining. Nevertheless, it's decent, and you don't feel ripped off when you leave.
