19/05/2026: A pleasant and delicious evening. However, they aren't very flexible regarding changes. This is the first time we've been asked for an extra 25 euros! Just to exchange a dish (lamb isn't a meat everyone enjoys, and in this case, none of the three of us like it!).

07/05/2026: A good restaurant. The welcome was a little reserved, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. We opted for the Galerie Collection menu. All courses were delicious and beautifully presented. The recommended wine paired well with the food. The service was friendly and, at times, attentive.

02/06/2026: An excellent experience at "L'éclat de sel," located at 1 rue de Venise in Voiron (38). The dishes are delightfully surprising, a medley of delicate, subtle flavors that blend perfectly. The presentation is a small work of art. From appetizer to dessert, it's an explosion of exquisite flavors. The cuisine is flavorful, refined, and incredibly well-prepared. The atmosphere is cozy. A true passion for a job well done!

29/05/2026: Incredible service, incredible atmosphere, and excellent service—I've never seen a restaurant like this. The best restaurant on earth, truly. Nobi, Doby, it's absolutely amazing! If you come, they'll spoil you rotten, especially with their generously sized crispy sandwiches.

13/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! The chop suey, soup, and duck were absolutely delicious, with flavorful and expertly prepared dishes. The manager was particularly welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our dog was also accepted without any problem, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

06/06/2026: When experiencing a "Star" restaurant one expects everything to be perfect. Unfortunately, everything was not. The dining room is small with one table located close to the kitchen. Nothing wrong with this, but Nathan spent more time talking to the customers in the front row than he did cooking for the other 9 guests in the restaurant. It took close to 4 hours to get our food, with most of the time waiting. My suggestion to Nathan is focus on getting everyone food, not talking and explaining every move to the guests seated in the front. The actual dishes were excellent, with the exception of the Lieu Jaune which was over cooked. Since it was one of the two main courses, I cant give you a 5 star. Service was generally good, but again, too much time spent explaining, too little time serving. We were the third table in and waited 35 minutes for our first drink. When food (or drinks) were brought to the table we watched and waited as every little aspect of the food and the preparation was explained in a thorough detail. As the night wore on the restaurant got more and more stuffy. Very little air, very long wait. Speed it up and talk less and you would get 5 stars..
