Definitely not for PCs - this restaurant is a kitschy representation of the French image of America, with all sorts of depictions of savage "Indians" in feather headdresses, polar bears; in fact, all that's missing is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and it would be complete. But aside from all that, the service and the food were top-notch, especially being right on the edge of a ski slope. Thank you. Cheers. 5 stars

02/08/2026: A restaurant just as I imagined it. Professionals both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. The dishes come out at a good pace. We loved the appetizers, main courses, cheese, and desserts. Open for 50 years and still maintaining a high standard: congratulations on your hard work! We had a wonderful time as a family. The dining room has a simple yet elegant decor. A great find. The ceiling fan was much appreciated on this beautiful day.

13/08/2026: We don't eat at Café Vagabond as often as we'd like (due to the distance), but as usual, we had an excellent meal with the ever-professional and friendly owners, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it. Don't forget to book.

10/08/2026: I've been there twice already, even though I don't live in the neighborhood. Le Servan is the antithesis of a decorative restaurant that exists solely for Instagram. From the outside, it's almost like a modernized old-fashioned betting shop; on the plate, the cuisine is refined, precise, and truly accomplished. The spicy oysters, sweetbreads, and desserts demonstrate real mastery. A solid establishment, it's been there since 2014, and it shows. You come back to eat, not to photograph the walls. My only complaint: when it's this good, you wish there was more on the plate.

23/08/2026: It's often said that the cleanliness of the toilets reflects the quality of the food. A little effort could be made in that regard. Otherwise, the fish sauerkraut is simply the best I've ever eaten.
