18/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would have preferred to give one star. Arrived at 9:30 PM and left at 10:30 PM without having received anything from our order!! And no apology when we left. Very unhappy with the wait… They served customers who arrived a few minutes after us, and we got NOTHING! If you knew you weren't going to serve us, just say so directly, instead of letting customers starve. Frankly disappointed! It just goes to show the rumors are true. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

18/05/2026: They food wasn't well cooked. They don't even deserve for a star. Also when I asked them to scan my QR code to receive points they said that the internet is not working. They can't scan. They are just scamming people. Don't go to this brunch.

01/05/2026: Overall, a good experience, with a pleasant welcome and service. As for the food, the carpaccio starter was good, the cheek was excellent, and the cheese plate was good (the cow's milk cheese was rather bland). The only downsides were the wait between courses and the slightly noisy dining room, but it's still a good place to eat in Lourdes.

The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the kidneys in morel sauce were to die for. Both the older and younger members of the family LOVED it. The view is fantastic 👍🏻 and don't worry if the water pitcher takes a while to arrive 😜 Thank you for your energy and kindness. Keep being the way you are. We highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery thanks to my friend Annabelle! This restaurant, where the quality of the dishes—soup, chorizo ​​risotto, shrimp risotto, homemade Bounty ice cream—exceeded all my expectations and left me with a wonderful memory of my stay in Saint Jean. The welcome was exceptional, the value for money ideal. Bravo to the couple who run this restaurant; we will definitely be back!

But the entire team did everything they could to ensure our meal was a success. We were pampered from beginning to end, with a thoughtful extra touch for my mother's birthday. A huge thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. I give this restaurant a 100/100 without hesitation and highly recommend it!

05/12/2025: Truly the worst Michelin experience I’ve ever had, and the worst meal I had in 2025. Boyfriend said it was nearly comical, we watched them spill dessert on a persons jacket, run around frantically, take 1 hour to bring us next course and unapologetic. Watched manager try to wrangle his team but there was no hope 😅 Honestly good for them- bamboozling us for money for the worst meal they could have conjured. Save your money or literally go anywhere else. 🫠

07/06/2026: 1 star. A very disappointing experience at L’Étincelle. When it came time to pay our bill, we simply entered our table number (600) on the computer provided to facilitate payment. We neither modified nor disrupted the system, simply followed the logic of a quick payment. The staff's reaction was immediately disproportionate. Two servers intervened in an extremely aggressive manner, shouting and speaking to us in an intimidating way, as if we had committed a serious offense. The situation also greatly stressed our dog, who was disturbed by the surrounding aggression. We tried to understand the situation, but no calm explanation was given. On the contrary, the tone remained aggressive and humiliating, culminating in us being ordered to pay immediately and then asked to leave the establishment. The problem is not the existence of rules regarding the use of their equipment, which is understandable. The problem is the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled and customers were treated. A very unpleasant experience that makes me not want to return.
