28/05/2026: One of the most beautiful Hotels you can get in this area, position is verry high up with a wonderful view. The Kitchen is also very premium with a tiny card but trust me, from what i tasted and saw... everything on that menu card is premium! The owners are very familiar in general which leaves a good feeling and they care about costumers in general. The Room are not modern but fit the flair very well, "wooden cabine" style and a nice view. ( you can see the stars while laying in bed) Everything is clean, no carpets (thank god i hate carpet floor in hotels) the bath also is clean, i even had a bathtub with nice soaps. The bed was a bit hard, that is why i give only 4 stars for the room. Breakfast is a quite small buffet but also with high quality products, for me quality is much more important than quantity so 5 stars for sure. ( coffe was not so tasty but i m not a coffe person ) Indoor parking for motocycles works great with a little remote to open an close the garage, just perfect! Hopefuly they read my review, amazing place! 28.05.26

16/08/2026: It was incredible! The personalized service, the intimate and warm atmosphere, and above all, the breathtaking meal. I found everything I'd always been looking for in this place: truly authentic French cuisine. I only ordered dishes I'd never tasted before, whose names were completely unfamiliar to me, and it was simply divine. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the generous portions, which were a real treat. The after-dinner drinks menu is also very varied, allowing you to end the meal on a high note and with a new discovery. Honestly, if you're a lover of French gastronomy, you absolutely must go (but not too quickly, or you might miss out on the visual delight of the dishes 🤤). Finally, the chef is very pleasant and knowledgeable, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. 🍽️

20/06/2026: My husband and I discovered this place last night, and frankly, it was an extraordinary experience. The setting was perfect, the service impeccable, and the food exquisite. I've never had such a delicious beef bourguignon. I highly recommend this place.

20/10/2026: This place is superb. Between the warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere, we had a wonderful time. The waitresses are very kind and always attentive. The dishes were excellent with unbeatable value for money, and the desserts were simply divine... I ate the best French toast of my life at this establishment. I highly recommend it!!!

20/10/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience, sophisticated cuisine, and subtle flavors. We enjoyed having our final dessert in a charming little lounge. We were disappointed by the chef's absence; we traveled a long way, and the cost is considerable for a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant. It's a shame.

The cuisine was exceptional, the suites with their unparalleled sea views overlooking Mont Saint-Michel, the service impeccable, the luxury understated, very elegant and designed with that in mind, and a small gift from the chef who honored me by signing the menu... 22/09/2026: Stopped for a quick bite and really liked the place. The staff was super friendly and the place is very quite and cozy. We got a pain au chocolate and a baguet with ham and cheese with some juice. The bake quality was very good and the pain au chocolate was flaky, buttery and super tasty.

22/09/2026: Fantastic shopkeepers! They gave us bread after we arrived in town at 10:15 PM due to a flat tire. We also had some excellent sandwiches.

04/10/2026: I could not have wished for a better birthday dinner than the experience that my partner and I had at this marvellous restaurant. Possibly the finest meal I have ever had. I turned 67 that night! We will definitely return to Yohann and Collis's place and with luck before my 68th birthday . . . N.B. You really have to book as it's becoming renowned.

25/10/2026: Very disappointing given the reviews. I had a pork chop, super thin, a large rind of fat was left on so that together with the bone there was actually not much. It was tough (or the knife was too dull - both knives i tried). The balsamic sauce too cloyingly sweet. The roast potatoes were good.
