04/10/2026: We dined here our first night in Reims. Dinner was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the escargot, espuma (whipped mascarpone cheese), duck breasts and molten chocolate cake. The wine list was reasonable. This family run restaurant should be a stop on your dining tour. The owner is very personable.

03/10/2026: We were seated right by the entrance, and while all the pictures show a beautiful spot in the vaulted cellar, the seats upstairs have absolutely no charm. There is a vegetarian option, and she mentioned several times that we could also leave. We happily did so! Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly.

03/11/2026: Classic French cuisine of a quality that is (unfortunately!) becoming increasingly rare. Pierre Grein is a master of his craft; he cooks superbly! We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu. Every dish was perfectly prepared, the fish even reaching a two-star level. The quality of the ingredients and the depth of flavor were impressive. Everything was rich and creamy, the sauces a true delight. Aside from the use of yuzu in the dessert, there were no modern touches, but we didn't miss them that evening. Friendly service. The only criticism: The seven-course menu (two additional courses) was served too quickly, apparently to synchronize preparation with the other tables (smaller menu/five courses).

15/10/2026: We ate VERY well, but overall I don't think it deserves a star, let alone the price of the dinner, when I compare it to other fine dining experiences. The starters were indeed exceptional, but not the main courses (a very pleasant fish in sauce, but nothing surprising, and a duck that wasn't fully deboned and was too tough). The atmosphere was very bourgeois (too much so for us!) with truly outdated and characterless decor, but perhaps that appeals to the local upper class.

03/08/2026: I can't remember the name of the dish, but the salad with cherry tomatoes, olives, and harissa dressing is so delicious. It is a cozy but very clean restaurant. I highly recommend it.

26/10/2026: The pho is pretty good, but I had a terrible experience with the spring rolls on my last visit. They seemed to have been defrosted, contained pieces of chicken bone, and tasted really suspicious. To top it all off, we found a large earthworm in the lettuce leaves served with the spring rolls… Probably the worst spring rolls I've had in Paris. It's a shame, because the pho itself isn't bad. They really need to be more vigilant about freshness and hygiene.

25/09/2026: We waited over an hour and a half without being informed about the staff shortage. When our food was finally served, we were asked if anything was missing. We replied that the hummus, which we had ordered earlier, still hadn't arrived. Only then were we told they were out. To top it all off, my dish was burnt. It was remade, but this time it was dry. The waiter laughed in my face, saying he'd never had feedback like that. Some of the dishes were even offered to us free of charge! Very disappointing; we won't be back.

12/09/2026: A very bad experience this evening. We had a reservation for 8 pm and, at 9 pm, we still hadn't received our food! We waited about 30 minutes just for our drinks, and then still no food served after an hour at the table… We can understand that it might be busy and there might be a bit of a wait, but this is clearly unacceptable. The least they could do is inform customers when there's such a long delay, especially when they've taken the trouble to make a reservation. And to top it all off, there were several errors on the menu. This unfortunately gives a real impression of disorganization and a lack of professionalism. An evening that was supposed to be a pleasant time with my sweetheart turned into a long wait and disappointment. We really expected better. What a shame.

30/07/2026: The best Neapolitan pizzas in Paris! The cuisine is refined and flavorful, the ingredients fresh and high-quality. Extensive Italian wine list at reasonable prices. O Core Mio is worth a visit and deserves to be better known. The warm welcome from Angelo and his team is a real plus; you feel right at home, or like you're in Naples, depending on your preference! For Napoli fans, you'll feel right at home here!
