26/08/2026: A peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for dining. The family who runs it were incredibly kind and helpful, even offering us complimentary coffee after our meal (and there were seven of us!). The food was delicious, especially the cordon bleu and anything with mushrooms. If we return to Strasbourg, we will definitely stop by this welcoming restaurant for lunch. Thank you so much!

07/03/2026: An entrance opens onto the street, leading under a beautifully decorated wooden roof adorned with string lights. The zucchini carpaccio with octopus is a delight! A superb atmosphere with soft background music.
02/03/2026: I would have given more than five stars if possible. A fantastic find in Saint-Émilion. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food. Thank you for a lovely evening.

05/09/2026: We ordered a wild boar stew and a rabbit dish, and they were simply excellent! The sauces were perfectly executed, the portions generous, and the dishes flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The sirloin steak was also very good, although the portion was unfortunately rather small.
I highly recommend this restaurant for a quality meal.

We were particularly pleased with the very generous portions. The only slight drawback was the sirloin steak, which was a little thin.
The blueberry tart was a real treat. A wonderful discovery in this charming hilltop village.

10/09/2026: Once inside, I left my backpack in the free cloakroom and headed to the Italian pavilion. After viewing the four delightful Leonardo da Vinci paintings, I entered the Mona Lisa room, and after several minutes of waiting, I finally managed to see her. The museum is so vast that I recommend planning an itinerary of the works you want to see so as not to waste energy and wander aimlessly.
10/09/2026: You have to look through a magnifier to see the Mona Lisa. That was completely absurd.
Placing such a high distance between the painting and the visitors is unfair to people who came to see it.
Furthermore, the portrait of Sultan Suleiman isn't part of display either (apparently, only researchers with special permission can view it. ) Is this correct? What is the reason you are so bothered by the portrayal of Sultan Suleiman?

Well worth the detour. A must-try, and worth repeating.

The wisteria-shaded terrace is perfectly cool, and the place is pleasant and peaceful.

04/09/2026: The burgers are delicious; we're regulars, eating in or taking away, and we always mention it. The fries aren't good, though—mealy, not crispy, and sometimes cold. It's a shame...especially considering the price of not having good fries.

12/09/2026: A very bad experience last night. The food arrived barely three minutes after we ordered, which frankly suggests that everything is prepared well in advance and then simply reheated in the microwave. The result: tasteless dishes of truly disappointing quality.
The chicken, in particular, had a very processed taste and didn't at all seem to have been prepared fresh. For the price, we clearly expect much better.
I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

28/08/2026: A very nice establishment with a wide selection of starters and main courses. The staff, including the two owners, are truly welcoming and friendly. For €16.50, you get the all-you-can-eat buffet, main course, cheese, dessert, and drinks included. The products are good quality and homemade. I travel about 50 km round trip to get there, but the establishment is well worth the detour for a good meal. Well done to the whole team!
