07/12/2024: sehr netter Empfang, wir hatten uns im Datum der Reservation geirrt, durften aber trotzdem bleiben umsichtiger Service durch sehr kompetenten Mitinhaber, schön präsentierte Gänge mit frischen Zutaten und spannenden KOmbinationen, Weinbegleitung auf hohem Niveau, der Preis für das Gebotene mehr als gerechtfertigt. Bravo

30/11/2024: Nous avons passé un moment très agréable en déjeunant dans ce restaurant. L’accueil est attentionné, le cadre cosy. La cuisine, un menu unique bien équilibré, est inventive et raffinée, le service très professionnel et aimable. Un havre de douceur dans ce quartier médicalisé.

14/12/2024: Que dire à part que c’était incroyable ! Un cadre magnifique teinté d’une ambiance médiévale. On est dans un lieu historique et on le sent ! Au milieu de la salle trône une énorme barbecue où est grillé d’énormes tomahawks et autres côtes de bœuf. En plus de l’odeur qui est enivrante, les flammes géantes réchauffent la salle (ce qui est infiniment agréable en temps hivernal). L’accueil est chaleureux, aux petits soins et arrangeant. Les plats sont délicieux. Le paradis des fans de bonnes viandes ! La cuisine est française (du terroir français). Ici la viande est reine ! On sent que l’on a affaire à des amoureux de cette dernière ! D’ une tendreté et d’un goût incroyable ! C’est vraiment sublime ! Tout est fait maison et tout est fait pour les adeptes de la bonne chair. Les desserts sont aussi à la hauteur de la barre déjà extrêmement haute des plats. Les vins sont aussi de la partie avec une carte fournie allant du verre à la bouteille. Des cépages de qualité qui s’accordent merveilleusement bien avec les plats. Attention je vous conseille de réserver en avance. C’est, en quelques mot magnifique ! Vous ressortirais de ce restaurant certes avec vos vêtements au effluves de barbecue comme l’odeur de sa bien aimé un soir d’hiver au coin du feu mais aussi avec le cœur et le ventre bien rempli d’amour. Le prix n’est pas pour toutes les bourses mais au regard des produits d’exception cela se comprend. Courrez y, c’est indéniablement la bonne adresse à connaître !!!

13/05/2025: Too bad, the place is nice, the waitress is very professional, but we chose the flank steak and one was much too thin and cooked, the other very thick and undercooked. A plus for the crème brûlée which saved the bill.

But this morning, a little stroll to the market and we walked through the door of this restaurant with a great welcome from the waitress 👍👍 We had a great time and ate really well!!! 26/01/2025: I have been to this establishment several times and have never had a bad experience. However, during my last visit (dating from yesterday) something happened that forced me to put a review and not come back. Indeed, this time I chose a chocolate crepe (which I had never tasted here before) and I didn't know that it was dark chocolate. It wasn't specified and I didn't ask for it either so when I received it and tasted it, I didn't like it at all. So, I left the rest of the crepe but I still paid for it before leaving without asking anything. However, without complaining or anything like that, the waiter came to ask if there had been a problem. So I replied that I simply didn't like this chocolate but that beyond that there was no problem. Except that the waiter, not at all friendly, seemed annoyed and left, stammering a few words that seemed to be unpleasant so as not to mention them...I understand that it's unpleasant to throw away food but I had already paid for it and I didn't complain. And to put the icing on the cake, the person I was accompanied by found a hair in his crepe so after a while the roles should not be reversed as if the customers had to satisfy the waiters. I still want to say that it was only the server and not the other employees at the counter. Moreover, I had already noticed at the beginning how the waiter presented a rather questionable or even simply unpleasant attitude. In fact, when I came home (I was accompanied by another person) he was not welcoming at all: no hello or polite words. It seemed more like he didn't want to work and that really had an impact on the customers. Because in fact he wasn't just unsympathetic to me. When a lady with a baby arrived and asked for a table, he seemed to be stuffed but still pointed out where she could sit. The lady, for some reason, did not immediately go to the table but when she did the young man immediately frowned and made an unpleasant expression. However, it is true that the setting of the retro-style place is rather pleasant and that the teas as well as the savory pancakes are excellent. It's really a shame that the waiter's attitude ruined my experience by complaining instead of offering service as would have been appropriate. Shame on him.
