03/05/2026: A fantastic experience! The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and offer great advice. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is definitely there. We had a wonderful time as a family, sitting on the terrace in beautiful weather. A truly successful outing!

26/04/2026: The experience started well, but was unfortunately ruined when it came to dessert: 45 minutes after the main course was cleared, there was still no dessert. A shame.
We asked for a discount on the menu. €14 was deducted from the final bill. While appreciated, the gesture was symbolic and insignificant compared to the overall inconvenience. This made the whole experience disappointing.
19/04/2026: I have many food allergies, and going to restaurants can sometimes be complicated. If this is the case for you, you should know that the staff are very attentive and friendly. They welcomed me and immediately told me which dishes I could eat and which ones could be adapted! I felt confident and was able to enjoy my meal; the food was delicious! A very pleasant experience, thank you so much.

02/06/2026: The pizzas are good, but I had the lasagna and found it bland—too much béchamel sauce and not enough meat.
The staff is polite but very reserved; I no longer enjoyed being there. The atmosphere is as if the restaurant has lost its soul. The Alsatian restaurant is now just the walls; even the menu has changed, which is a shame. The outdoor smoking terrace isn't very pleasant either; thankfully, the interior is air-conditioned.

John Dory, a fish that's becoming increasingly rare on the menu, served with delicious vegetables including samphire, fresh ingredients throughout, right down to the well-balanced, lightly sweetened, and flavorful dessert. Undeniable value for money. Impeccable and professional service. Thank you to the team. We were delighted to discover you.

26/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bedding is perfect, and the hotel is close to everything.
Thibaut gave us a wonderful welcome upon arrival. We immediately felt welcome in a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes all the difference.

25/05/2026: The hotel is well located in the city center. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Our room for three people and the bathroom were very spacious. The bedding was excellent (so much so that I bought the same pillow for home). The breakfast was simple but featured high-quality products and was superb. The only drawback is that the breakfast room is tiny, but apparently renovations are planned. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good value for money.

11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.
27/11/2025: A must-try in Sète. Home-style cooking just the way we like it. In a charming, old-fashioned setting. A place to discover or rediscover.
