02/03/2026: I invited my mother to this restaurant for lunch on her 60th birthday in early February, and I absolutely don't regret my choice. The restaurant is just a stone's throw from Notre Dame and is very quiet. The welcome was truly excellent, the service quick and friendly, and the dishes generous and delicious. The prices are also more than reasonable. In short, we were delighted with our lunch at this excellent Indian restaurant, which we highly recommend.

The visit is very well organized: tours of the castle and vineyards, clear explanations of winemaking, and tastings that allow you to discover elegant and balanced wines. 28/02/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Tornieux in Sallanches for a weekend, including one night and dinner. We were so impressed that we also had lunch there the next day and tried the toboggan run! Our experience was more than positive from beginning to end! We hiked up the ungroomed trail, which was magnificent and very well marked! The comments about it are quite amusing; frankly, it only took a little common sense to distinguish between a groomed trail and a snowshoe trail. I don't understand some of the comments about it: everything was clearly marked (taking the time to read the signs can be helpful...) and we had no trouble finding our way; you just need a little common sense. 😬 As for the refuge itself: we absolutely loved it! The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly delightful. We came with our little dog 🐶 who was warmly welcomed, which was a real bonus for us. As for the food, we ate exceptionally well, both in the evening and at lunchtime the following day. The dishes were delicious and generous. In short: everything went wonderfully, it was fantastic! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!!

The dining room was small but quiet. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely return. I NEVER give 5 stars, but I held back and gave it 4.

04/07/2026: I visited Paris again after 22 years. Back then, I couldn't even imagine going to a Michelin restaurant. So, I resolved that if I ever returned to Paris, I would definitely try a Michelin-starred French full course meal. Due to scheduling conflicts, I opted for the lunch course, which was a light menu, but the food was anything but light. Delicate and sophisticated flavors and aromas blended together in a complex harmony. I thoroughly enjoyed every single taste. The warm yet professional service from the servers was also impressive. It was my first time trying rabbit meat. I was worried about whether I would be able to eat it, but fortunately, I was able to enjoy it. (I had already failed at eating quail and pigeon.) If I ever visit this place again, I would definitely like to enjoy the full course dinner. Thank you for giving me such a happy memory.

25/06/2026: Absolutely stunning meal and service, as well as venue. Despite being 41°C outside, the rooftop glass enclosed restaurant was comfortable. We may never have a culinary journey like this one ever again.

04/06/2026: We spent a romantic weekend in Porquerolles and returned to this establishment, which, despite the change in management, is still just as delicious. High-quality meat, impeccable service, lovely waitresses—we ended the evening chatting and laughing with Didier, the owner, and Arthur over excellent wines. Without a doubt, a must-visit for us.
