04/06/2026: Returning to Côté Cour after three positive experiences. This fourth visit was more mixed. A small amuse-bouche to share between four people, without plates to put our crumbly bread on. The aperitif orders were taken late (the amuse-bouche was dry). The starters arrived before the aperitifs were finished. Self-service wine. The prawns for the starter were very small (more like large shrimp than prawns). In general, the portions for both the starter and the main course were small, but the desserts were generous. Overall, a fairly positive experience, but a step down from the previous ones, mainly due to a lack of attention to detail (serving the aperitif quickly – I'm repeating myself – and offering a wine tasting).

07/07/2026: I decided to go there because of the great reviews on Google. The place is nice and the ambience as well but it was very quiet probably it was late around 21:00. Good thing: The only place where you get real dal makhni as all other Indian restaurants serves normal dal (yellow lentil) disguised as dal makhni 😉. My review will be based on considering it’s a fine dining restaurant. Food: Dal makhni was good but I don’t think it’s in line with the experience they sell. As the kidney beans in the dal were not cooked properly. The potion of the dal, I felt, were quite small. So it didn’t match with the whole fine dinning experience for me. Butter Nan: It was just like any other shop and very basic. Kulfi: It was very creamy and really tasty but it was not freezed well. I was told that they serve it like this to keep it tender else it will be difficult to cut 🙃 (for me that’s how kulfi is). Anyways a good place to eat Indian food but not value for money.

07/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by colleagues. It was a company lunch. The meal was delicious. We had a set menu which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. The cuisine was refined and delicious, accompanied by very pleasant service. Our team enjoyed their meal very much. We recommend this excellent restaurant without hesitation.

19/06/2026: First of all, a huge thank you for the Persian cookie, which brought back a taste of my home country 🇮🇷, and above all, thank you for the warm and gentle welcome. My British partner, who made the trip to discover this café, was delighted and has already planned to return, as the welcome and the cats were fantastic (for those we didn't see, that was fine; the others let us pet them between naps since we gave them the option to let us know if they were okay with it). Thank you, Clément, for your availability and especially for the peaceful atmosphere; it's a pleasure to relax and simply enjoy the moment and whisper in an already noisy world. For those who criticize the prices, we found them very reasonable considering everything is made on-site, and we know that the profits also go towards the care of the cats 🐱. Such a beautiful ethos will definitely bring us back! ♥️

06/05/2026: Tourist trap, really mediocre food, we won't be going back.

05/05/2026: We came on Saturday evening, May 2nd. The welcome was fantastic, the waitress was wonderful, and we were delighted with the solo platter she recommended, which we ended up sharing between two people. The portion size was very generous and the price was right too. They were very attentive, making sure we were comfortable and that we needed anything. The mussels with seaweed were absolutely delicious, as were the mussels in cream sauce that my husband ordered. We'll definitely be back on our next visit. Excellent value for money and quantity! 👍👍

04/05/2026: We came upon this restaurant while searching for a good place to eat near Notre Dame. We were charmed by the atmosphere and the warm and welcoming service. But most of all, we were amazed by the authenticity and quality of the food, which was just delicious. The prices are more than fair too, with great deals on week days. A must try.

02/05/2026: We came on a friend's recommendation and he was right! It's a quiet place right in the heart of the Latin Quarter of Saint-Germain. The service is attentive, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable! Highly recommended.
