28/09/2026: Having not been for a while, I noticed many changes, and overall they are very positive! We do, however, miss the tablecloths a little, as well as the previous choice between two set menus. Now, there is only one menu, although the option to order à la carte remains. The dishes offered à la carte are quite similar to those on the set menu, with one exception. On the other hand, a real thumbs up for the service: impeccable from start to finish. The time allotted for aperitifs was respected, as was the pace between courses, without ever feeling rushed. The staff is very attentive to the customers, which makes the experience particularly pleasant. As for the food, the dishes are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Perhaps a little more effort could be made with the presentation of some of the starters, particularly the mushroom tart, but this is a minor point considering the overall quality. We had a wonderful evening in a pleasant atmosphere, enjoying excellent food and attentive service. We are happy to recommend this place… and we will definitely be back very soon!

01/10/2026: Classic and generous, a brasserie like they used to be – 5/5 My experience at Le Wilson was very satisfying. It's a spacious, bright establishment with tasteful decor that retains the charm of a traditional Provençal brasserie. We opted for the house burger and a salad. First and foremost, the generous portions stand out, noticeably larger than average, without compromising on quality. The burger, well-made and juicy, is accompanied by natural-cut fries, perfectly fried, and a fresh, well-dressed salad. Local, honest, and well-prepared ingredients. We ate on the outdoor terrace overlooking Boulevard Georges Clemenceau. It's a prime location for observing the city's atmosphere, although the proximity to traffic generates a certain level of noise during peak hours. The interior of the restaurant, as well as the covered and heated rooftop terrace, offer a more intimate and tranquil setting, highly recommended for a leisurely meal. Attentive and efficient service, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent value for money. A solid establishment in Arles that we will definitely return to.

08/10/2026: An exceptional place on an exceptional road... the welcome and the food are perfect; they deserve a sixth star... however, as a good and honest review should be, the exterior could use a refresh... the scrolling LED display would be appropriate in Tokyo or London, but not on a French tourist route; the streetlights that switch on and off all night must cost a fortune in electricity because the mercury vapor lamps consume a huge amount of power when starting up... finally, I've been driving trucks around the south (east & west + Rhône-Alpes) of France for a third of a century, and I've never encountered toilets/showers like these... if Versailles had toilets, these would be them!!!... they should be a UNESCO World Heritage Site... if you have the chance, you're expected to buy something, but visiting them is free!!!!... for now!!!

18/10/2026: Originally booked a table for 3 and changed it to 5 just before the booking time with no fuss or trouble. We regularly see this restaurant full and thought it a lovely location for a birthday meal. The welcome was quick the choice of food both from the menu and the carte de jour was good and the wine selection is extensive. The kitchen chefs were working really hard to serve lovely food with the shortest delays, we enjoyed our meal and the surroundings and had a very pleasant time.

13/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The waitress suggested a dish that wasn't on the menu, and I decided to try it. The result: she arrived with the dish... and dropped it on the floor. Meanwhile, my friend who was with me had already received his. I had to wait another 45 minutes to finally get my food. And what a disappointment it was when it arrived: a dish of Italian cheese on a pizza base so hard it would have taken a jackhammer to cut it, and the cheese was as hard as a rock. When I asked the waitress (a rather large woman) if this was normal, she replied that "the dish remained intact." When it came time to pay, I asked if I could get a discount. Her response was unacceptable: "You had to eat, and I'm not going to do anything for you, even if you come twice a week." A complete lack of professionalism and consideration for loyal customers. I absolutely do not recommend it."

10/09/2026: Thursday, September 10th at noon. Two Océane pizzas, a pitcher of white wine, and desserts: a Liège coffee and a Grand Marnier dessert—delicious! The two pizzas were also generously topped. The aperitif (two Kir cocktails) was omitted and served with the pizzas. However, as a gesture of goodwill, they were deducted from the bill. This was very kind, as lunchtime is usually very busy, with the restaurant packed on a Thursday. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Thank you, and see you soon.
