Original post: Friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, very reasonable prices, parking right next door, and delicious food (almost gourmet in quality). Restaurants like this are what we'd like to see more often!

09/04/2026: Passing through Gaillac, I ate there one evening and at lunchtime. In the evening, they offer a variety of well-prepared tapas in a warm atmosphere. At lunchtime, there's a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It's truly excellent and generous. The welcome is warm, typical of the Southwest. Two brothers run their restaurant. They are friendly, smiling, and professional. A nice wine list... from Gaillac, of course. I highly recommend this well-run restaurant. A great place to eat in Gaillac. Thank you to the two brothers for their kindness.

The cuisine was refined and delicious, the waiter was very friendly and full of kind words, and the convivial and pleasant atmosphere was an integral part of our experience. The music was just right, very relaxing 😌 However, I found the banquette a bit uncomfortable; the backrest was very upright, which quickly put me off my appetite... The welcome was fantastic, and the meal I ordered was delicious 😋 I really enjoyed the coleslaw ❤️ However, the chicken skewers were a bit bland... But the beef and Gouda yakitori were exquisite!! The sushi platters looked amazing! 😍 Thank you!
