26/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, a wonderful discovery on our way to hike in Devil's Canyon. The quality of the food is truly exceptional and the terrace is very pleasant. We were able to eat there without a reservation, which was a real bonus!

02/10/2026: We decided to disappoint Les Triplettes de Belleville and the impression was very good. It's a very welcoming and quiet place. The trato de los camareros has been excellent, super educated and friendly; Moreover, both in Spanish and in English and French, this is a great point of favor for the client. Everything you need to know: coffee, cocoa, pan with chocolate, toast with mantequilla and mermelada, lemon and orange juice, and the indisputable king: the croissant, which is an authentic delicacy. ¡Comida y servicio de five stars! In French We went for breakfast at Les Triplettes de Belleville and the impression was fantastic. It's a very cozy and quiet place. The service from the waiters was excellent, super polite and kind; moreover, they speak Spanish, English, and French, which is a huge plus for the customer. We ordered a little bit of everything to try: coffee, cocoa, pain au chocolat, bread and butter with jam, lemon and orange juice, and the undisputed king: the croissant, which is a real treat. Five-star food and service! In English We went for breakfast at Les Triplettes de Belleville and the impression has been fantastic. It is a very cozy and quiet place. The service from the waiters was excellent, super polite and kind, and the fact that they speak Spanish, English, and French is a huge plus for customers. 30/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I can say that this establishment is particularly pleasant, the prices are reasonable, the food is high quality, and above all, the servers are quick and friendly. I therefore recommend it without reservation.

22/08/2026: Pure poultry Houdan pâté, as it should be. Pan-fried chicken supreme with wild mushrooms, crème fraîche, and fresh pasta. Finally, the apotheosis: chicken leg in a pot with truffle jus, supreme sauce, and "pebbly" rice. It was Charles Aznavour's favorite dish when he came. Pure artistry. Tradition has its merits. The wine list has seen better days, but that's the lot of these establishments around the edge of the Île-de-France region, a little too far from major cities. A favorite spot for Joël Robuchon's family gatherings, this Michelin-starred restaurant for 25 years also served its famous lobster salad to Catherine Deneuve, whose château was nearby. Didier Barbelivien, who lives in Montfort-l'Amaury, is also a regular at this deeply rooted establishment. Now, for the important stuff: the great Orson Welles was a close friend of the family and loved to eat here. When he passed away, his last partner, Oda Kodar, decreed that his sculptures would remain in the gardens of La Poularde. Touching. We are not in the middle of nowhere here, far from it!

21/05/2026: They didn't refund my deposit, claiming there were more than two of us, which I disagree with because the deposit is meant to cover the cost of replacing something broken by a competitor. We left the room spotless; we even smoked outside so it wouldn't smell in the room. They're clearly after your money; on their website, you can choose to have rose petals put on the bed for €30, but here's a little tip: they already have rose petals in the bar. You can put them there yourself, saving you €30. I find it absurd to charge so much for a service that's already included in the room price.

14/05/2026: We stayed in the Antigua suite and what a change of scenery! The welcome (whether by phone, upon arrival, or during our stay) was fantastic. The young woman (sorry, I don't have her name) was very attentive and concerned about our comfort. The place was impeccably clean, and the heated pool at 35°C was wonderful. Restaurants and the beach are nearby for enjoying the fresh air. We truly had a wonderful time. The place lives up to its promises! Go for it!

04/05/2026: I've been to this community restaurant several times. The food is good (it's all homemade) and inexpensive. The service is quick. The menu changes several times a year, and when the weather is nice, we have access to the terrace. I really enjoy eating there. It's highly recommended to book a table for lunch.

The service was incredible: the team was smiling, attentive, and took great care of us from beginning to end. I recommend it 2000%! We've been loyal customers for 4 years, and whether it's for 11 am, 2 pm, or 4 pm, we're never disappointed. (AC/DC fans!)
