24/08/2026: One of my favorite restaurants, they offer delicious dishes with a refined and delicate presentation. The portions are generous, made with high-quality ingredients, and incredibly fresh! The prices are very reasonable; it's excellent value for money. And the service is outstanding; you feel right at home. The waiters and waitresses are professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

19/08/2026: A truly beautiful, two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the foot of the Aravis mountains. We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant with impeccable service. The Chef delighted us with the special fish menu, "À l'Onde des Cîmes," a dish of exquisite finesse, yet with a delightful zest that served as a guiding thread throughout the meal. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience, as refined as it was delicious.

15/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today. The downsides: - We were very displeased that this gourmet restaurant allows pets. This is truly unacceptable for a Michelin-starred establishment. Their barking disturbed us, and we find it unhygienic to allow animals in this type of establishment (even though we have a pet ourselves). This is also disrespectful to the other customers who wish to enjoy their meal in peace and quiet. - It's unfortunate that there aren't enough parasols, forcing us to move our tables (and thus sit close to the neighboring tables) because of the sun. Just two more parasols would solve this problem! - - When I went to the restroom at the end of the meal, there were no more hand towels. - Our table had large stains upon arrival, which is not what one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. - The wine pairing was overpriced. The Pros - Very beautiful and pleasant terrace - Excellent food with lovely, elegant presentation - Friendly staff - The chef was very kind and we met him at the end of the meal - Large free parking lot nearby

A traditional Lyonnais bistro, revived and improved, that's the recipe for this establishment that will satisfy you from appetizer to dessert, with impeccable wines and service. One of the three best bouchons in Lyon, according to the local expert, without a doubt. Special mention for the sweetbreads with capers, a true delight.

25/08/2026: A superb experience at the Troubadours' Banquet! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a truly medieval atmosphere, with decor, costumes, and ambiance that allowed us to escape the everyday. The meal was served at large tables with large platters brought to the table, just like in the Middle Ages, making it a very convivial experience and allowing us to share it with the other guests. And to take the immersion to the next level, there were no forks! We ate with our hands, as in the Middle Ages, which might seem surprising at first but greatly contributes to the charm and originality of the banquet. Between the meal, the entertainment, and the overall atmosphere, everything is designed to transport us back in time. We clearly didn't come just to eat, but to live a genuine medieval experience for three hours. A truly unique activity to do in Provins, especially if you enjoy unusual places, history, and extraordinary experiences. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend trying it at least once! 🍻m⚔️

The staff is charming and passionate. And the food is truly incredible. The presentation is magnificent, and the flavors multiply with every bite. It's creative, original, and meticulously prepared. A real treat that more than deserves its star, even though you can really feel the passion and desire to satisfy the customer before the star. Thank you again for this wonderful anniversary. I love this establishment, which is brimming with such a wide variety of antiques. You may love it or not, but I assure you, the food is delicious. The value for money is unbeatable.
