14/03/2026: This is the second time my son and I have been there. Chez Gabrielle is now my son's favorite restaurant. Excellent food, very well prepared. The service is impeccable (attentive, friendly, but not pretentious).
We highly recommend it.
28/02/2026: The food is amazing! The dishes are very elaborate and beautifully presented, and the flavor is fantastic. The place is small but cozy.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because we had to wait more than 20 minutes to be served when we arrived; an apology would have been appreciated.

16/02/2026: We had a reservation for Sunday, February 15th, at noon when we arrived. The restaurant was closed. I was very disappointed, especially as I have limited mobility following an accident. We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant.

Special mention for the service: professional, personalized, pleasant, and efficient.

I loved the cozy atmosphere.
I recommend it 100%!

07/03/2026: Another wonderful experience at L’Alivi restaurant. Dinner on the terrace was particularly enjoyable. The service was quick and excellent, with our server offering very helpful wine recommendations. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The interior décor was also very warm and elegant.

23/02/2026: Overall, a good restaurant serving quality cuisine.
One small drawback, however: one lunchtime, I ordered a dish that took quite a long time to prepare. I can certainly understand that some dishes require more time, but I would have appreciated being informed by the waitress. My meal thus lasted almost two hours, which is a bit long for a weekday lunch.
On the other hand, the desserts are rather expensive, but they are definitely worth it.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated (Valentine's Day theme when we visited).
The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.
Generous portions. A place to remember in Thann.
12/03/2026: A short detour of 1 hour and 20 minutes (Gaetan and Michel knew the address). We had a wonderful time enjoying a delicious Savoyard fondue. The service was impeccable, friendly, pleasant, and attentive. Thank you, we will be back!

The service was perfect. My partner was offered a complimentary appetizer with my course. The wines were served at precisely the right time for each course. Top-notch! You won't find many restaurants in this price range that do it better.

25/03/2026: Here, in this lovely little corner of the Couserans region, you're guaranteed to enjoy quality cuisine worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We sampled the entire menu with the tasting menu and discovered a very good local wine. We left delighted and completely satisfied. And as an added bonus, the staff were incredibly kind. I recommend that food lovers and gourmets come and dine at La Table de Gaya, if only to experience the "farm-to-table" concept and because it's simply delicious!
