With a warm welcome, we discovered plant-based cuisine and thoroughly enjoyed our meal from the main course to dessert. Reservations for lunch are highly recommended.
04/09/2026: First time ordering takeout, the falafel plate was delicious and full of flavor!

04/08/2026: A huge thank you to the new team at Le Chardon Bleu who saved our wedding meal. We had a wonderful time thanks to you and enjoyed delicious food (special mention for the exotic Bavarian cream). The service was seamless and professional, and your welcome was very warm.
We will definitely be back for another occasion, or even just for no particular reason.

22/08/2026: A superb discovery! Our last night on our 2026 leg of the GR10, a hotel-restaurant like they used to make. Admittedly, the rooms are a bit dated, but sometimes that's what makes them special! An authentic setting, an authentic owner, authentic cuisine.
The food is worthy of a master chef, the service is top-notch, everything is done to satisfy the customer, even if you don't ask for much.
We will definitely be back to eat or stay.

31/03/2026: Disappointed. The service was only moderately friendly, and the daily specials really didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the rave reviews. The wine by the glass was served very sparingly! Perhaps we just had an off day. What a shame!

The breakfast was really generous and delicious.
The rooms were quiet, though the bathrooms could perhaps use a little updating.
We didn't try the restaurant.
