21/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in the streets of Ajaccio's old town. A microbrewery that serves its own beer on site. A very warm welcome from the owner. Definitely worth checking out.

23/08/2026: We were looking for something simple but not McDonald's or anything like that. Comparable to a sort of Happy Italy in the Netherlands. The food tasted good and the service was polite. The mocktail was a kind of sugar bomb, but otherwise nothing to complain about and we ate well. Price-wise, the main course with dessert was also reasonable at 18 euros per person.

18/08/2026: Choose the second terrace for a magnificent view of the mountains. Plenty of choice and quality. The slight delay due to the absence of three servers (during the fire season and the mobilization of volunteers) was more than compensated for by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We'll be back.

17/08/2026: The food is excellent, made with simple, well-seasoned ingredients, full of flavor, and with very interesting combinations for the palate. It's a welcome change from all the other restaurants and their new, bland, elaborate cuisine. In Saint-Endreol, it's back to simple, delicious things with fresh, simple, and effective ingredients – a 10/10 without hesitation. We had the three-meat carpaccio, sea bass fillet with hazelnuts, lamb stew, chocolate macarons for dessert, and the "Florilège" dessert, which was excellent. The service was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and a perfect 10/10 as well. The setting is peaceful, serene, and a true haven of tranquility. Thank you to the kitchen, service, and bar staff! €160 for two, including aperitif, water, wine, starters, main courses, and desserts from the à la carte menu! The set menu is much cheaper, but we didn't regret ordering à la carte; we got our money's worth. We'll be back!

04/09/2026: Hello everyone reading this message, I ordered seven wings and they arrived frozen. I also ordered a pizza and it was ice cold. I don't recommend ordering from them; they deserve zero stars.

26/08/2026: Very good pizza with a warm welcome

01/09/2026: The food was very mediocre, and even the pike-perch was downright bad! The fish was swimming in broth with vegetables and an aioli that didn't taste of garlic. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay the bill, which we had to ask for because they wouldn't give it to us, there was a table mix-up and therefore an error in the payment. Luckily, they refunded the extra amount we paid! We often come to the area to visit our family, but we won't be returning to this restaurant!

05/09/2026: We ate lunch at La Sarrazine almost every day for two weeks because it was so delicious! The wide variety of galettes, the friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere always made us want to come back. Highly recommended! The apple juice is especially good.

14/08/2026: Simple menu (erm... it's pizza) - but the usual classics and a few twists for variety. The staff were impeccable. Super-efficient, super-friendly, and were cleaning everything down in-between orders. Pizzas were gorgeous. Dough was perfect and toppings were fresh and tasty. Recommended.
