An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. The room with exposed stone walls is superb and offers high-quality amenities (comfortable bedding, lovely decor). Breakfast offers a wide variety of quality products (organic jams, eggs to boil, pastries, etc.). The restaurant is located in a room with old wine barrels, and the dishes are excellent, such as the confit pork cheek. The hosts are welcoming.

08/07/2026: A very pleasant and cozy restaurant in Vence, hidden away in the old town. Its courtyard is simply magical, the perfect place to spend a quiet and beautiful evening. The service is excellent, the presentation is stunning, and the flavors are delicate and refined. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Come and experience authentic French cuisine.
