28/07/2026: I understand it's peak season, but there were two of us and the service was appalling. They put a dish in the middle of the table without a plate, so we ate it directly on the table. The oysters were warm, really. We were completely dissatisfied!
We'll go somewhere else next time.

Incredible views from Cime Caron and Pointe de la Masse.
Plenty of activities for everyone: tobogganing, swimming pools, downhill karting, the lake, Chez Pépé Nicolas, etc.
However, many businesses don't participate until the end of the season (last week of August), so it lacks atmosphere, which is a real shame.

We waited 30 minutes before our order was taken, and even then, only because we went to complain...then another 15 minutes to be served. The chirashi had two tiny pieces of avocado...for 18 euros.

01/09/2026: I discovered this place and I highly recommend it! The dishes are beautifully presented, and everything was delicious. The service was attentive, and I think the value for money is good. Special mention goes to the cocktail and the vanilla iced tea, which were excellent. I'll definitely be back!

04/09/2026: We had dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. The service was truly excellent: attentive, warm, and incredibly kind. The food was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!
04/09/2026: The restaurant was deserted that evening, which was a shame. The starters were very good, but the main course was disappointing. There was no duck breast that evening, and it wasn't replaced. The ribeye steak was swimming in sauce, which was a pity. Only two out of three desserts were available. A bit disappointed, all in all.

07/08/2026: Excellent hotel for visiting Paris, we stayed there for our 25th anniversary, very kind staff, even the Italian lady in charge of the floors was very nice, excellent breakfast, modern style and very clean rooms, excellent location for visiting Paris very close to the Arc de Triomphe, highly recommended

18/03/2026: A truly unique experience! We were there for professional training, and the dishes we were served were little marvels: Japanese finesse and precision with a touch of Latin exoticism. The arepas were divine! The rice cakes, the marinated fish... and the desserts were also perfect. A chef to watch and a treat to indulge in!
12/03/2026: The value for money is poor. Ordering à la carte costs as much as a Michelin-starred restaurant. Some dishes are very good, while others are quite average. The service is nothing special!
There were three of us, and we are used to dining at high-quality restaurants. We all had the same experience. Avoid the mackerel/tuna croquettes. They are dry, have a strong flavor, and are difficult to digest. They lack any customer service skills.

27/08/2026: We had a truly wonderful evening. The view is breathtaking, and the restaurant owners are very accommodating. There wasn't a vegetarian option on the menu, but they prepared something for me upon request. The food was incredibly delicious and quite unique. We were allowed to bring our dogs, and they were provided with water.
24/08/2026: A fantastic experience in the heart of the Cévennes. A truly excellent culinary experience, surprising flavors – definitely worth trying. And an exceptional view.

21/05/2026: The hotel is very well located in relation to the Verdon Gorge. The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.
We were less impressed with the restaurant.

21/07/2026: While passing through Salers, we had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was attentive, and the dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented.
We savored the trout with julienned vegetables, and for dessert, we were delighted to discover a delicious blueberry flognarde that wasn't too sweet.
The menu is competitively priced.
15/06/2026: Booking made by phone using the Logis Hotels guide. The hotel is very well located.
Excellent welcome. Spacious room. Very good food.
Next time, I'll take advantage of the spa.

23/08/2026: My veggie pizza was delicious, by far one of the best I've ever had! And it tasted like it came from a wood-fired oven, which is quite exceptional these days. Thank you, I'll be back!
