Le Mékong, restaurant cambodgien
Saint-Ouen
26/09/2026: A very friendly restaurant with simple but excellent cuisine that takes us on a journey.
23/09/2026: A nice, ordinary restaurant with good value for money. €19 for a main course //Sach ko Loc Lac
Beef marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and pepper, stir-fried, served with rice, egg, raw vegetables, and lemon pepper sauce.// and a glass of white wine (it tasted good, but not a great wine). A little more vegetables would make it even better.
If you want a delicious meal at a fair price, go to Le Mekong. I'll gladly come again.
Very satisfied the second time as well.

Il Padrino
Clignancourt, Paris
04/09/2026: This is a gem in Montmartre. Authentic italian food, wine and beers. Tried the pasta just trying to get a quick bite and fell in love with the food. Came back a second time and the pizzas are amazing!!! The host and hostess also offer superb service and and gave us the perfect suggestions based on what we anted to try.
30/08/2026: Short walk from our hostel - uphill mind you but that only served to increase our appetite. Last evening in Paris before flying back to Canada. Il Padrino was perfect! Food, wine, service was perfect. We ate on the patio. The street and buildings provided a lovely space though the vehicles were loud at times. We had a special treat when a tourist train rolled past and tooted its horn. All the patrons laughed. Definitely recommend
