The waitress is very nice and it is pleasant to talk with the manager!

12/09/2024: We had a very good evening, the waiters were smiling and very pleasant, the meal was exquisite, from starters to dessert, it was a real treat. An option is offered for vegetarians and unlike usual the vegetarian dish was as good and well presented as the other dishes. We marveled at the beauty of the dessert and the taste was there too.
It was a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, we will come back.
Thanks again to all the team, congratulations to the kitchen team.

06/01/2025: Each time we visit La Clusaz we try to reserve a table in this restaurant, where we are sure not to be disappointed.
Always an exceptional welcome, like the service, and tasty and refined cuisine. Small downside for my fish dish, I was left wanting in quantity. But the quality was there!
A warm environment where we always have an excellent romantic moment.
05/01/2025: A great time spent at Ecuelle. A treat for the taste buds and the staff were very welcoming. Already looking forward to coming back.

18/06/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice after our short visit to Nancy. The food was delicious and the service was excellent (the chef and waiter were very friendly). I recommend the Lorraine plate, where you can try three specialties at once, and the Queen's Bouchette, which was incredible! As well as the Mirabelle plum syrup cocktail, which was very good!

The only thing is that one of the waiters who served us was a little confused: he brought us the wine/appetizer list first when he should have brought us the menu/card first. He didn't let us taste the wine and served it directly to us, filling the glasses too much. He seemed to be in a hurry to take note. He would surely be an apprentice. The rest very good. We will repeat

It was perfect, welcome from the boss, very pleasant setting and nicely decorated for Christmas.
The crepes are famous with good local products.
The place is very friendly. We will return there.

06/11/2024: Très bon concept d'assiettes de salades garnies aux choix. De 12,50 euros à 30,00 euros. Assiettes copieuses goûteuses et réalisées avec de très bons produits.
Un conseil, pensez à mettre des tables plus larges ou à réduire la taille des assiettes. Sinon très bon accueil des serveurs.
04/11/2024: Nous avions un excellent souvenir de cet endroit et notre mémoire ne nous a pas joué des tours.. les assiettes sont excellentes, copieuses … le service très pro et teinté d’humour .. merci à la serveuse qui a rendu ce moment encore plus convivial !
Bravo au cuisinier pour sa crème brulée à la vieille prune ! Nous reviendrons encore et encore 😀
