04/07/2026: Honestly, I travel a lot for work and vacation, but this hotel and restaurant is completely out of line in terms of quality/price ratio. We stayed there one evening when it wasn't very warm. The room doors open directly onto the outside with no way to turn up the heat. The hotel is noisy; you can even hear the hairdryer in the next room and the cars parked outside. The bathroom is like a bathtub after the shower (everything is connected). The terrace overlooks the parking lot. The restaurant doesn't serve any better quality than other places, despite the price! In short, a hotel and restaurant completely out of touch with reality.

The staff is very friendly, smiling, and offers excellent advice. The food is exquisite; each bite is a renewed pleasure, thanks in particular to the sommelier's excellent wine pairing recommendations.

01/07/2026: I came here with my grandparents' hiking group. The staff is friendly, the setting is pleasant, and the food is good. It's not their first time here; they seem to enjoy it, and that's perfectly understandable.

20/06/2026: Unwelcoming staff who push for more food and drinks. They refused to serve us a carafe of water, claiming we had to order "real drinks" (we had ordered ice cream). One evening during a concert in the square, after we got up during the intermission, they refused to let us return to our table without ordering more, even though there were several empty tables. Please show more consideration for the well-being of your customers, especially on an open-air concert night when a friendly atmosphere should be the priority.

21/04/2026: This is, for me, the best 1-Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to. I found everything excellent, especially the pork and the trompe-l'œil salad. The service is equally good, and the setting is lovely. The wine list is also interesting. It's not cheap, but the location and the overall quality make it well worth the price in my opinion. Just one minor point: some of the wine glasses had a musty rag smell (and I wasn't the only one at my table who thought so). However, it wasn't on all the glasses, so it's a small issue to address and check again.

The chef in the kitchen prepares delicious dishes and desserts, as well as excellent pizzas. The products are of very high quality, including superb foie gras! Excellent value for money. Reservations are recommended! Open Wednesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner. A pleasant terrace for sunny days. Parking available. I highly recommend it! I have been a customer for many years.
