03/08/2026: The manager was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. He yelled at customers in front of everyone and even went so far as to call them "bums." It was a shocking scene; thankfully, the other customers remained polite and calm. Unacceptable behavior.

25/08/2026: We used Villa Gypsy to organize our civil wedding in Paris and we were delighted! The private room in the basement is ideal for creating a chic and cozy reception space, while still feeling right at home. The food was truly excellent (our guests are still talking about the scallop risotto and the chocolate fondant!). All the services offered were perfectly executed; thank you to Jérôme and his entire team!

10/09/2026: No french people in this restaurant. All American or British. That's not what we went to Paris for. Loud American voices destroying any atmosphere the place. Robert laughed as he raked in the tourist dollars. The "leg of lamb" turned out to be chewy chunks a of lamb grilled hard. The wine was good, but everything else was so disappointing. All that way to have to listen to a room full of loud Americans. DON'T EVER GO!!!

03/09/2026: The duck breast is absolutely amazing!! 🤤 It's by far the juiciest duck breast we've ever eaten. We'd already tried this restaurant once, and today we came back specifically for it, even though this restaurant is better known for its steak, which is also excellent 😍

04/07/2026: The quality of the meat was undeniably excellent, and the dishes were superb. Unfortunately, the service was particularly slow, and the welcome from the brunette waitress left a very unpleasant impression, far from the standards one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. There were four of us at the table, and despite the excellent food, we will not be returning. It's a shame, because the quality of the ingredients deserves service to match.

02/07/2026: A fantastic experience at this establishment during an all-you-can-eat BBQ evening! The portions are generous and the meat is excellent for a very reasonable price. The terrace is great, but the indoor dining area looks very nice too! Best of all, the owner is very friendly! It's a shame it's so far from my home, but I'll definitely go back...

10/08/2026: The coffee was good, and the atmosphere was fairly quiet and relaxing. There was almost no queue when I visited, which was nice. However, the cinnamon roll didn’t seem fresh and was quite dry. There was also no fork or other cutlery provided for the cinnamon roll, so I had to eat it with my hands. It was pretty warm inside as well, which made it a little uncomfortable to sit for a long time. Overall, a nice spot for coffee, but the pastry and overall experience could be better.

08/08/2026: Paid €6.50 for a “smoothie” and watched them pour it straight from a supermarket bottle into a glass. It was warm too, so I had to ask for ice. Definitely not worth €6.50.

13/08/2026: We ordered vol-au-vent for a group. Only the pastry was tasty; the sauce was bland and very runny... perhaps because we were served at the end of the table.

07/07/2026: Great neighborhood spot for a drink! The terrace in the center of the square is very pleasant, and the staff is very welcoming.

17/06/2026: The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I recently celebrated my birthday there: the service and everything was perfect. Special mention goes to the terrace, which is absolutely amazing with a great atmosphere. A fantastic neighborhood bar where you feel right at home; I highly recommend it!

21/07/2026: Very welcoming! I really enjoyed the food. The service was quite quick and efficient. The only disappointment was that they were out of gravlax salmon, which gives me an excuse to go back.

30/08/2026: Discovered by chance online while visiting my daughter, just 500 meters away. Exceptional! The creations are truly beautiful, little works of art! A taste experience far removed from typical, overly sweet pastries. Each piece is presented beautifully in a pretty box… Guaranteed to impress as the guest in charge of dessert! The price is justified at €8 (compared to €4.50 for ordinary pastries!). The service was excellent. And the icing on the cake (literally): the underground parking has an elevator right in front of the shop! All good 😋

14/07/2026: A great spot in Boulogne, a simple but efficient brasserie with quick and friendly service, good brasserie fare, and good coffee too. In short, good and not too expensive... and a free kir on Fridays at lunchtime.
