21/06/2026: I'm absolutely charmed by this restaurant! The welcome is warm, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. The value for money is very reasonable, and the cleanliness is spotless. I was even pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service!

19/06/2026: I was blown away by the warm welcome from the staff, who immediately made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor is modern and comfortable. The service is impeccable, the wait times are practically nonexistent, and the value for money is simply outstanding. A great find!

03/06/2026: I agree with the many positive comments: _ The food is varied and full of flavor. _ The price is unbeatable (€15 for a mixed plate that can be refilled several times at a reasonable price, plus a dessert or a coffee). _ And the owners are very welcoming. 07/08/2026: Boulede is picture-perfect France – simply beautiful! Our hosts, Karen and Rolf, are incredibly sweet, our holiday home is a true design gem, and the kids had a blast in the pools (one of them a saltwater pool). And the on-site activities were fantastic: art classes, a body and mind class, massages, and our personal highlight: the welcome dinner! A delicious plant-based menu with all the guests at a long table overlooking almond and plum trees – magnificent! We loved everything about Boulede!

06/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at Boulède. Karen and Rolf are incredibly welcoming hosts, and the property is stunning. It offers plenty of space and peace and quiet. Be sure to book a painting course for you and your children. We'd love to come back.

03/07/2026: A truly magical interlude! We had a wonderful night in the Orchard cabin. The setting is magnificent, calm, and peaceful; the cabin is comfortable and very well-appointed. We highly recommend this experience and will gladly return!

16/06/2026: We booked a night in the orchard cabin: everything was fantastic! The welcome was very warm, the cabin is very well-appointed with all the necessary comforts, and we slept very well (the room stayed cool despite the heat). The elevated terrace is lovely, and the breakfast basket delivered downstairs in the morning was a great touch. The location is very peaceful... We were able to completely disconnect and enjoy this moment of calm and relaxation. We have absolutely no complaints; everything was perfect! Thank you for this experience :)

30/06/2026: We had 3 night here and the couple how runs this is so nice and lovely. There are warm and super helpfully when it came to tips in the city. Breakfast was easy and very Yammy. We will come back x

In short, a successful melting pot, warmly welcomed by the friendly owner, Clément. We visited several times during our stay in Saint Nicolas and will gladly return.
