19/04/2026: As always, a top-notch experience. It goes without saying that everything is homemade. You can see and taste it. The updated menu has some real gems. The slow-cooked pork confit with tagine-style vegetables, followed by the light pavlova for dessert, is a true delight. The icing on the cake is a new offering of sharing plates, which we tried with our aperitifs. Worthy successors to Venetian chiccetti, but in a generous portion, they are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We'll be back!
18/04/2026: When you arrive in Lagrasse, look for the Hostellerie des Corbières! You'll eat such delicious and refined dishes that you'll feel like you're traveling again! The best in the village!!

A pleasant welcome awaits at Lucien's bistro, with its rustic decor and uninspired traditional cuisine: the terrine and dessert were bland. A bit of a letdown compared to my previous experience. The wine was excellent, and the service was efficient yet discreet: a special mention for Nathan's thoughtful attention; we wish him a successful career.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with remarkable care and kindness. As a vegetarian, I was a little apprehensive about the meal… but the entire team transformed that apprehension into genuine pleasure. Each dish was adapted with creativity and finesse, never giving the impression of a simple alternative, but rather of cuisine conceived and crafted specifically for me.
A huge thank you to the sommelier, whose recommendations were as precise as they were passionate. The wine pairings were perfectly executed, adding an extra dimension to every bite. As for the sommelier/maître d'hôtel, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made this moment even more memorable.
Impeccable service, delicate and inventive cuisine, and a team that went above and beyond: everything came together for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure!
