Returning 5 years later (August 2026) to the Del Arte in Anglet, there's a slight improvement; the products are still frozen (the Milanese veal cutlet has a hard breading) and the other dish (Tuscan salmon) is still frozen. Impeccable customer service.

The venue is a gem: magnificent, full of charm, and absolutely magical. We fell in love with it from the very first moment, and on the big day, we experienced a true fairytale. Jonathan's management of our wedding was extremely professional, with high-quality communication, invaluable advice, and attentive listening to each of our requests. Jonathan knew how to guide us, reassure us, and above all, perfectly orchestrate this day that was so important to us. A big thank you also to his entire team of waiters for their kindness, their attention to detail during the cocktail hour and the meal, their friendliness, and their professionalism from beginning to end. Our guests were captivated by the venue and the quality of the service. We leave with wonderful memories and stars in our eyes. 12/07/2026: What an incredibly wonderful and, above all, surprisingly good result. Truly a restaurant where my wife and I said to each other afterwards: why doesn't everyone know about this? The food is truly incredibly good. Beautiful dishes, amazing flavors, and above all, a great deal of attention to detail in everything that comes to the table. Everything is just right, without feeling complicated or artificial. Add to that a very pleasant atmosphere and genuine hospitality. Super sweet, skilled, and attentive service. The restaurant deserves to be fully booked weeks in advance, because it really feels like a little hidden gem. This restaurant deserves much more credit and attention. We honestly said to each other and to the team: how is it actually possible that this place doesn't have a Bib Gourmand yet? As far as we are concerned, it is absolutely deserved. We would love to come back. Truly a gem.

16/08/2026: Mixed reviews. The food is fresh, but some dishes, like the octopus, lack flavor. The fish soup is very good. The bouillabaisse, however, was disappointing: €65 for three pieces of fish, potato, and fennel. Although it tasted good, the fish had bones and wasn't pleasant to eat. It wasn't worth the price. At that price, I expected better—boneless fish and more fish on the plate. Some places add prawns, which are cheaper. However, the taste was good. We had to ask for bread because they forgot to include it, and we only got four pieces with no extra. Furthermore, we were waiting for a ladle, which we also had to ask for after a while. The waiters seemed overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. However, they were helpful and polite. The setting with the boats is pleasant, but too hot to enjoy. Misters would be a welcome addition. In short, it's a bit expensive but the products are fresh, worth trying again to perhaps change my mind, but only when improvements have been made.

18/07/2026: Hello, A quick update after our visit: it's a shame there's no air conditioning or fan in the room, especially with the current heatwave. The bar's air conditioning doesn't really cool the area where customers are, and it quickly becomes difficult to stay inside. Perhaps installing a fan or a propeller fan could improve comfort? It would really enhance the experience! Thank you.

15/07/2026: We ordered five Regina pizzas: they were inconsistent, and four out of five weren't visually appealing. None of them were good. One of the pasta dishes was different from what was served on our last visit in June. The menu has been reduced; we really get the impression that the establishment was trying to cut costs at the expense of quality, and/or that the kitchen staff is struggling.

16/09/2026: A true delight and a wonderful surprise in such a touristy area! Each dish was prepared with care; you can taste the thought put into the presentation. The choice of ingredients is top-notch—the cheese platter and the blue cheese voted the best in the world are just a couple of examples! Our server (please forgive me for forgetting your name) was on par with the quality of the food. Excellent wine selection. Even though I give it 5/5 without hesitation, the quality of the bread is appalling! Pieces of dry, hard baguette (!), which is unacceptable for an establishment of such a high culinary standard! I initially thought it was just bad luck with the first one, but even the subsequent bread baskets were just as bad!

13/09/2026: This is my favorite restaurant in Paris. The best service, food, wine, views and vibes one could ever ask for! My friends and I loved their approach to the menu - explained to you in French or English upon request - and wine selection which they curate based on a series of questions one must answer so the staff can choose which bottle from their local wineries will suit your table best. I highly recommend this master restaurant for any date or Paris itinerary. We are the lucky ones who get to dine here!

06/07/2026: We always have a wonderful time here, in the heart of the Sète market. The welcome is warm and friendly, and Chef Joël always manages to find you a table for lunch.
