20/11/2024: A nice place, a s Top service and a certain confidentiality in the heart of Rennes, a little out of the usual places but that's the goal and the terrace is crowded with insiders!

01/12/2024: Too bad nice atmosphere but a lot of dishonesty. When paying the bill, the €10 that you already pay online to reserve your evening/meal is not deducted from the bill; it is supposedly up to you to specify this at the time of checkout while the waiters are well informed of the reservations that are made since they come to check with you and no refund is possible a nice margin made on a table of 15 people and a meal really not crazy for the price in short I strongly advise against this type of place.

22/09/2024: Restaurant panoramique très agréable, personnel au top et que dire du menu à 33,50€ un régal aussi bien pour les yeux que pour les papilles, du plus la vue sur les parcs a huitres, je le recommande sans hésitation

16/12/2024: Nous avons passé un bon moment bien au chaud, et bien mangé: fricassée de cochon et blanquette de veau sans oublier la crêpe aux pommes, une tuerie! Plats bien français et bons. Bien accueillis et la petite serveuse adorable, beaucoup d´humour et efficace. Ambiance chaleureuse et tranquille

21/11/2024: Le restaurant Chez Cédric, situé rue de Martainville à Rouen (Seine-Maritime), affiche porte close, depuis quelques jours. En cause, une fermeture administrative décidée par la préfecture de la Seine-Maritime le 14 novembre 2024 (via la Direction départementale de la protection des populations. Les raisons ? Divers aspects liés à l’hygiène, aux équipements, à la présence de souris… La préfecture explique : « Le restaurant Chez Cédric, à Rouen est sous le coup d’une fermeture administrative pour « perte de maîtrise des risques sanitaires », autrement dit pour non-respect de la réglementation sanitaire en vigueur. La réouverture de cet établissement est conditionnée à une remise en conformité des différents points relevés, qui devra être constatée lors d’une prochaine inspection sanitaire. »
