04/07/2026: We arrived to watch the France World Cup match. The waiter was very unpleasant, frankly. You pay 11 euros for a mojito, you move a table or a chair back and you get an immediate comment. Frankly, you may be short-staffed, but if you don't like your job, change jobs, it will be simpler. Sincerely.

21/07/2026: Their Stenders and homemade party wings are super delicious; they have incredible dishes. I recommend trying the escalopes with cream sauce and Brini rice. I highly recommend it.

21/05/2026: Cheval Rouge Restaurant - This was great. We finished visiting Chateau Villandry, and had a 1 hour drive ahead to Saumur. As we headed out of town, we realized it might be nice to eat here before we continue. It was a rainy and blustery day, so let's stop. We were not disappointed. A nice, quiet stop. The food was just what we wanted. Since arriving in France, seems every place is serving "tourist" portions, meaning more than we can eat to the detriment of quality. Cheval Rouge was just the right amount with the wonderful French flavors. Service was quiet and efficient. A good decision to stop here. Try the Lamb stew.

18/05/2026: Old room, hair dryer not working, renovation badly needed. As for the positives - it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was alright.

02/07/2026: Located just minutes from the center of Lorgues, L’Estellan restaurant offers delicious, generous, and flavorful seasonal cuisine in a bucolic setting. Everything is homemade: we thoroughly enjoyed it! The dining room is pleasant and overlooks the vineyards. Impeccable service and a very attentive staff. A wonderful discovery and an address to add to your list of the best restaurants in the region. We highly recommend it.

12/07/2026: We had a lovely time at this oriental restaurant. The welcome was warm, the staff very friendly, attentive, and caring. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only slight downside, in our opinion, is that the prices are a bit high. That said, the quality of the service and the kindness of the staff more than make up for it. We were just passing through, but we will gladly return, especially for their exceptional hospitality.

The food was excellent, the cuisine carefully prepared, the menu varied, and everyone found something they liked. Highly recommended.

27/06/2026: We opted for the €60 surprise menu and the wine pairing. All the dishes were expertly prepared, with perfectly balanced citrus and spice notes. The menu featured premium ingredients such as foie gras and beef fillet, sourced locally whenever possible, like the trout from Moulin de Napoléon, and included an assortment of delicate and delicious desserts. The wine pairing allowed us to sample five wines at a very reasonable price. These two young chefs at the helm of Le Faitout deserve our trust. Go without hesitation.

09/05/2026: What a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The atmosphere was really lovely. I felt like everyone knew each other and was joking around on the terrace, like one big family. Superb. The dishes are homemade and of excellent quality. From the main course to dessert, including the coffee, the unique touch is definitely there. The best ribeye steak I've ever had in Rambouillet, not to mention the affordable prices. In short, 10 out of 10 and a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it.
